Hostel Seven Hills Reviews

I made multiple requests to the hotel management to cancel my booking, but unfortunately, they did not listen/cooperate. I did not even stay at the hotel, yet they still refused to refund my money. The staff were very uncooperative and unhelpful throughout the process. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Good place

This very bad experience, amazing Very strong smell of laundry detergent the Pillow and quilt, I tried to cancel my reservation for the next day , she actually refused to cancel and refused to refund the money. Although it's not a lot of money, it's only about $12 euros, but it gives me a very bad feeling.

Nice place

Very difficult to access. It's well hidden, problems with the door and many stairs, really difficult to enter the place, heavy rain and still the 5 euro fee, good :-)

The water flow in the bathroom is very small.

The rooms have bad smells
