Narada Resort Hotel Guyan Huaxiang

Exceeded my expectations! A picture is worth a thousand words. The hotel also has a gym, a billiards room, and a free kids' play area, which I didn't take pictures of, plus free activities for children. It's just a short walk across a small bridge to Guyan Huaxiang, and a 10-minute walk to the zoo.

Stepping into this hotel, the first thing that catches your eye is the bright and spacious public area. Warm lighting washes over the spotless, new-looking marble floors, and even the corners are immaculate. The soft furnishings lining the corridors are neatly arranged and well-maintained. The ventilation system circulates air with a subtle, refreshing scent, completely free of any unpleasant odors. The front desk staff greeted me with a gentle smile and proactively assisted me. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they thoughtfully provided practical information about local transportation and dining options. Upon opening the guest room door, I found the bedding crisp, fluffy, and completely wrinkle-free. The bathroom fixtures were sparkling clean, and all the toiletries were neatly organized. Even the crevices by the window showed no trace of dust. From the moment I arrived until I departed, every thoughtful detail effortlessly melted away the fatigue of my journey, leaving me with a profound sense of comfort and reassurance.

Nestled by the Oujiang River, this hotel is right next to the historic Guyan Huaxiang ancient street. The environment is serene and elegant, making it convenient to explore the scenic area and enjoy a wonderful stay.

Xiao Sun's service was excellent; they upgraded our room and added a children's meal.

I was stuck in the hotel for three days due to a typhoon. The hotel facilities were pretty decent. On the first day, I even used the hotel's bicycle to cycle around the scenic area (though the bike was a bit old and hard to ride). The hotel also offered parent-child activities like making shao bing and pottery.

The hotel's room facilities were generally good, and the view outside was nice; my kids really enjoyed it. However, the scenic area itself was a bit underwhelming, and the park wasn't very big. The surrounding area also lacked a lively atmosphere. The hotel service was mediocre; there was no welcome or farewell. The buffet breakfast was just okay, with not much variety, and you had to pay extra for ice cream.

The hotel is beautifully situated by the mountains and water, and the service is very warm. We asked for an extra blanket over the holiday period, and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options.
