The floor of the room we checked into was very dusty and many traces of hair from.orevious guests! It was all over, on the bedroom floor, window, bathroom and shower.. Unfortunately I had the worst view of all!. It was my only window facing a rooftop with all the cables and metals. The following day my guide called the manager at least 3x to speak to him and share the concerns but the manager didn't answer and never returned the call. Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.

The hotel has the most polite and well mannered receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. She was charming and extremely helpful during check in. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a good location. Fantastic experience in general.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave us girls small gifts when they checked in. She must give her a five-star rating! The hygiene is also very good. The environment and location are okay. Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Great hotel extremely close to the downtown. The hotel staff speaks a bit of English and in general very helpful. Really liked this place Before going to Litang try to spend few days in Kangding to get used to the altitude. Litang is at 4000 meters so many people feel bad.
