避雷！避雷！！！
衞生堪憂 浴缸裏全是頭髮 還有黃色點 洗臉池也全是黃色的點 還有不知道是什麼時候的客人吃剩下的零食 都放在房間裏沒收拾 都發黴了
服務態度很差 晚上11點左右 噪音實在太大 沒法入睡 就給前台打電話 給他反映房間裏很吵 第一時間不是來解決問題 而是把問題拋給我 讓我自己去找聲音來源 莫 難不成我自己還需要提前來打掃衞生嘛 住的難道不是服務嘛 第一次打電話不歡而散 第二次我又給前台打電話説聲音來源在樓頂 是不是在製氧機之類的 前台很明確説當晚入住沒有人使用製氧機 所以不會有聲音 可是都沒去看怎麼知道沒人使用呢 我態度很堅定説就是樓頂 他才不情不願説去樓頂看看 第三次通話説在使用製氧機 我很明確地説聲音太吵沒法入睡 前台輕飄飄來一句 不可能把製氧機給關掉 讓其他人沒法入睡 那請問我不是人嘛 難道我是沒花錢嘛 連句真誠的道歉都沒有 都沒有解決辦法 我真的服了 這是目前住過最差最差最差的酒店

民宿裝修蠻好的、到達民宿很暖和、地暖很給力！因為朋友一直有點高反如果住的很冷高反更嚴重！所以一定要住地暖➕製氧好的！熱水也很給力！前台小姐姐很熱情、幫忙提行李到房間！本來準備次日就出發不在理塘待了、民宿很棒又續住了一天！周邊配套設施全、咖啡店啥的都很全～周邊還有個拍照很漂亮的地方、去那邊打了卡！

設施：還可以 就是廁所門鎖壞了最好修一下
衞生：很好，乾淨的，就是沙發是白的，上面有污點，可能也無法避免吧
環境：裝潢風格很好
服務：很好，等我們等到很晚，還提前開了地暖和氧氣，就是地暖熱的有點過頭了。早餐是送上門的，非常好，很好吃

前台小妹妹服務可以，下着雨來接到停車場的，大廳環境優雅，民宿地理位置也很佳，就在小鎮入口處，早餐買了一份送了一份，自選後送到房間的，306房間的花灑固定頭壞了，固定不住，還是要維修的，有點影響入住體驗的。

川西之行一直都選擇住在海拔3000左右地方，出發理塘前看了下理塘的海拔很是擔憂，怕孩子適應不了，意外的是這個酒店竟然是川西之行住的最舒坦的，晚上八點後彌散式供養解決了高反問題，衞生、環境、服務也都是一流的，很棒的酒店！唯一的缺點是停車位不在酒店旁邊，在幾百米以外的一個院子裏，去之前一定要提前和酒店前台溝通停車事宜

無限供氧 供暖 還有加濕器 停車也很方便 周邊吃的也很多 點外賣也方便 再來理塘的話還會在選擇這家 真的是川西天花板了 強烈推薦哦
