Simple set up. Spacious for 3 person, but due to construction in front hotel, thus overall a bit disturbing n dusty.

This is our second stay here, and we love the elegant environment and cleanliness. The diffused oxygen supply really helped us cope with the altitude sickness.

The room was spacious, and there's an elevator for getting between floors. Breakfast was also good, and the location was easy to find. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The only downside was that when the hotel was full at night, the diffuse oxygen supply couldn't keep up.

I really recommend this hotel for anyone because of 1) good location( 10 mins by walking to Litang bus station. 2) the size of room is big compared to what I paid. 3) the bathroom is separate wet and dry areas 4)free oxygenated machines 5)the room provides power outlets and cables in different types. 6) clean 👍

The toilet seat was broken and the facilities felt a bit dated. There was also construction going on around the hotel, making the road to the entrance bumpy for drivers. No breakfast was provided, and there weren't many dining options nearby. On the upside, the oxygen supply was great, and there was no high-return guest staying on the night I checked in.

The room was clean and tidy, with underfloor heating and oxygen. The front desk lady was also very enthusiastic. Highly recommend! 👍

This was the worst hotel of our trip. It wasn't cheap, but it had a ton of problems. 1. We arrived at 11 PM, and there was no one at the front desk. We tried calling the emergency number, but no one answered. Later, we found out the phone was just sitting on the front desk. We waited 20 minutes, unable to reach anyone. 2. They assigned us an occupied room. When we went back to the front desk, the first thing the staff did was try to figure out who made the mistake, instead of just giving us a new room. 3. No hot water. The water was lukewarm, around 36-37°C, so we couldn't shower. The front desk said they'd send someone to fix it. This person then tried to gaslight us, saying cooler water is better and that taking a hot shower right after arriving at a high altitude can cause altitude sickness (we were returning from Tibet and had already been at high altitude for a week). 4. They asked us to add them on WeChat for the invoice, but they still haven't accepted the request.

They're doing road construction outside, but the location is excellent. I've traveled through Western Sichuan many times, and this hotel consistently has a great location.

The breakfast was plentiful and the service was warm and welcoming.

The room was spacious with an elegant and grand decor. The underfloor heating was very comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator available for use if needed. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower space was also generous with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was quite substantial, offering a good variety including butter tea and coffee.

The room was excellent, very clean and tidy. The environment was also great! The oxygen supply was good too; I woke up in the morning feeling fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich. I'll definitely stay here again on my way back.

The room was clean, and even though the weather was cold, having heating in the room was a great plus.
