GGuest UserIt's great, with hot springs to soak in. The kids had a blast. I'll definitely be back next year when I pass through here on my way to Tibet. The owner is also very nice. The food is delicious. Perfect!

HHenrionDourcyThis is a very pleasant homestay and I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Litang. Tsering is a most welcoming host. She is bilingual Chinese-Tibetan and she was born here. She is warm-hearted, bubbly and always wants you to have a great stay in Litang. She helped me get to the horse races on time, and gave me lots of advice on how to spend my time here. She prepares breakfast in the morning (either Chinese or *******, you can choose). Also, I had ran out of clean clothes and she offered to wash my clothes in her washing machine and handled all the drying and everything, and even delivered it to my door! I could not believe it. She is a great and kind person, quite funny as well.
The amenities are new, everything is clean spic and span. The location is within a walking distance of the city centre. Honestly, what do you want more, at such a reasonable price?

GGuest UserAs I stepped into the hotel, the girl at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, which instantly dispelled the coldness in my body. There is a humidifier in the room, which provides diffuse oxygen and allows you to sleep well at night. There is a view outside the window and you can also see the stars at night✨. The room is large, clean and has strong indoor heating, so you can enjoy the spring-like warmth even in the cold night.
In the early morning, the sun shines through the window. When you open the window and look out, the snow-capped mountains come into view. In the restaurant, delicious food and nutritious breakfast are paired to start an energetic day.
Litang in winter is so beautiful and pure, and this hotel is a warm station in the ice and snow, which makes me feel at home during my journey. Next time I come, I will still choose it!

This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), …
We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated!

GGuest UserThere was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

LLottaeBefore arriving in Litang, I didn’t expect that there is such a lovely hostel located in the center of this small town. Also greeted with the host, he kindly recommended what to do, where to go and showing me the 30 year-old ******* style hostel building. Really appreciate his generosity during my short stay there. This hostel is also very friendly to international travelers like us, since there is sitting toilet(rare in China) and host also speaks English! I hopefully visit there again in the future.
ดีใจมากๆที่ได้มาพักที่โฮสเทลแห่งนี้หลังจากการเที่ยวที่ค่อนข้างเหนื่อย เมื่อพูดถึงชื่อหลี่ถาง(理塘）คนไทยน้อยคนนักที่จะรู้จัก แต่เมืองนี้มีความสำคัญในฐานะเมืองสำคัญของทิเบตตะวันออกในอดีต ทั้งยังมีลักษณะทางภูมิศาสตร์ที่โดดเด่น คือเป็นเมืองที่อยู่สูงจากระดับน้ำทะเลถึง 4000 เมตร เมื่อก้าวเข้าสู่โฮสเทลแห่งนี้เปรียบเสมือนได้พักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง โฮสใจดีมากๆ ให้คำแนะนำอย่างดีว่าควรไปเที่ยวที่ไหนในเมือง ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ใหม่และไม่คาดคิด

AAlessandro AsteI had a really good time and the people who work there are wonderful. They helped me with every problem. Such as finding a car to catch the bus to Chengdu in the morning and they can help organise excursions to the best places. The facility is very nice and new and neat and has a beautiful museum inside where you can see how they make textiles in the traditional way with looms. Was a wonderful experience.

AAtypical TopicsWe stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported.
