We stopped here for one night as we travelled through Arkansas. We had a really nice stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed: microwave, safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, ice bucket, iron and TV. The air conditioner worked perfectly (although it was a little loud at times). The staff was friendly and welcoming. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and quiet stay.

The hotel rooms are in serious need of paint, chairs that are not peeled/peeling, caulking in the bathroom etc. This was my third stay in the past five months and I am a diamond member. I was upgraded to a large two story room and that was wonderfully nice and a significant improvement over my prior stays. Yet, light bulbs burnt, some peeling paint, worn and dated. It was okay. The only major negative this time was there was no hot water for the morning shower. That was lovely- cold shower to start the day. The front desk person apologized, and while I was waiting for her to correct the bill, she said I could choose something from the market area- so, nail clippers, iced tea, soda. That appears to be the going rate for a cold shower. The staff with one or two exceptions are nice and great and hospitable. Ivan at the front desk desk, in only a month or two has made significant improvements there.

I have stayed here several times previously - primarily because they have a restaurant. This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

The staff earned all 5 stars. From the jump, Destiny & Bobbie helped me with reservations for me and my family. Chef Ray and Cali were so attentive to making sure breakfast was good. Then Jessica (oh Jessica) who made my evenings so much better with just the right cocktail to help me unwind. The entire staff was AMAZING!

I don't have a ton to say about this hotel, as we only stayed one night after flying into Little Rock and staying one day on our way to Hot Springs. We always like Springhill Suites because they're spacious and with three of us and luggage, it's nice to be able to have the space to spread out. This Springhill Suites was no different. I will say that this Springhill Suites had spectacular showers. I know that is an odd comment, but as someone who travels a lot, a good shower isn't always easy to find, let alone a spectacular one! Breakfast was just ok--nothing particularly special, but it was free.

Outstanding
PPatty EThis is the most magnificent hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The property itself is gorgeous, our large room was perfect, and the bed was so very comfortable with the most fluffy pillows! We ate at the Capital Grill and while the portions were rather small, it did leave room for dessert which was delicious. Breakfast in the One Eleven restaurant was superb both mornings. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the porch of the hotel. A great experience! Compared to similar priced hotels, the Capital Hotel was head and shoulders above and exceeded my expectations both in comfort and value. You have to stay here if in Little Rock! I know I will again.
GGuest UserI typically only review hotels that are either really bad or exceptionally good. This hotel is one of the best Hilton products in which we have stayed. I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I must say that this place was immaculate. The shower doors were spotless and look as though they were just installed, despite the hotel being nearly 2 years old. The bed was comfortable and sheets very soft. The heating/ac unit was reasonably quiet with no loud transition sounds. I love the little kitchen area with full size sink and dish detergent which allowed me to wash out the cups that we travel with. The staff, both evening and morning, were polite and helpful. The breakfast area is huge and brightly lit and, again, spotless. The hot breakfast was very good with a large variety of items from which to choose. We have been Hampton Inn devotees for years but Home 2 Suites may become our new go to hotel while on the road. The only drawback is their open door pet policy but we were assured that floors 3 and 4 are pet free. We have nothing against pets but suffer from dander allergies.
My room was VERY clean. The only problem I encountered with my room was that the shower curtain emitted a musty odor when wet. I told the front desk about this and within 15 minutes a member of the housekeeping staff was at my room with a new shower curtain. Wonderful service!
DDufaultIt was a good stay. We usually stop here on our way to Kentucky and back. However, this time while looking for a nice hot cup of tea- the selection was Poot and the water was cold. We also tried to make Mac and cheese and the microwave didn’t work very well. We pushed 2:30 minutes and it came up 4:00 mins. It was a little off putting. The shower door leaked onto the floor as well. The good part- they were friendly and the room was clean.
GGoushehI travel 2 of 4 weeks each month on business. From check in to checkout this property exceeded my expectations and I am a bit of a business class connoisseur. I like to get the maximum value for the least cash outlay. My business partners and I will more certainly return.
GGuest UserPaid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.
SSelfNot a big fan of the Emergency vehicle sirens all night long, but I wouldn't imagine that they could just pick up and move a 10 story building.................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
VVeronique WThey are still under construction so be aware, everyone is super nice, the rooms were crazy clean. I think we got a room that had not been fully upgraded yet, but it was still clean. The only down fall was the bed , it felt like they took all of the cushion out of the mattress and added rocks instead, and the pillows weren't better. I also think if they did a small breakfast downstairs that would be nice. But all in all it was a good stay, nice grounds
PPatricia RoseburrowI got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean
