民宿有兩個位置，都在老街裏面，導航位置並不準確，需要在老街上仔細看或問路人。書店民宿，在老街裏面，遊覽方便，但是都沒有配置空調，下午和傍晚較為濕熱，不適合帶小朋友。民宿一樓雖然相對涼快，但是比較潮，對於北方人來説，很不習慣；房間設施雖然復古，但是衞生死角較多，衞生間環境堪憂，晚上還有蟲子爬；入門位置不知什麼原因從天花板往下漏水（沒有下雨，懷疑樓上衞生間防水沒做好），把孩子的鞋全弄濕了；圖7是打死的一衹昆蟲。

房間比照片上的要暗一些，洗手間有點黑，可能我本人有點不太可這種懷舊房型，所以有點害怕。房間確實很大，入住還給了伴手禮。晚上也很安靜，因為這個套房衹有一間就在4樓。建議衹住一晚體驗一下就可以，這樣會覺得剛剛好。

沒有空調，三伏天雖然説留壩很涼快，但是！民宿依山而建，完全不通風，外面的涼風一點都進不了房子裏。就一個吊扇，風速很慢幾乎感受不到一點涼風。問工作人員借風扇也沒用多餘的。
衞生間水流特別特別小，蟲子很多，也沒用備用涼拖鞋。
室內燈光很暗，很壓抑。
晚上到點工作人員就下班回家了，把大門一鎖，毫無服務可言。

前台很熱情，但是房間真的太離譜了。床單上不僅有頭髮，而且洗漱台和淋浴間都有小蟲子，最後最後！！！房間真的不隔音

除了隔音不太好，其他方面都很不錯，逛老街，吃美食，出行都很方便，樓下大廳可以喝東西，聊天，拍照，夏天來這裏避暑絕對是不錯的選擇。
