建議出行別定這個豪華家庭房，房間窗户全是蜘蛛網，感覺很久都沒人住過了，後來叫阿姨打掃也沒掃，不知道是不是樓頂的緣故，天花板滲水開裂，而且整個酒店僅一間房還緊靠電梯旁，電梯運行聲音聽得一清二楚，不像是城市便捷的水準

城市便捷一直是在廣西出差的首選，乾淨整潔明亮服務也很規範，衞生打掃也很好，本次房間對面就是醫院，樓下是馬路，但很安靜
就是早餐有點少，不過自己燙米粉味道很不錯，吃了兩大碗

這是我住過最差的東呈系列酒店，管理服務非常混亂
1.當天辦理入住時，酒店説要交按金！我告訴前台攜程金鑽從來沒有要交過，不是太晚了懶得折騰絕對會打電話給攜程退房
2.辦理完入住後前台都不告訴有含早餐，在幾樓用餐還有用餐時間。都是我們問了才説，如果其他客人不知道含早的情況是不是酒店就當沒有早餐了？
3.早上用早餐，自己按咖啡機做着意式，阿姨過來把被子拿開説咖啡豆沒有了😓，後來咖啡出來了，問阿姨有冰塊嗎？阿姨又説了句你是要打包走啊？我就想問用着餐廳的被子裝咖啡哪點是像打包走的樣子了？？？
4.酒店退房時間12點，11點半就一直打房間電話和手機來催退房
總及體驗感非常差！！！

在柳州的小縣城中最好的酒店，乾淨整潔位置好，下樓就是商圈，吃的很方便！但停車場是商用的，差點沒找到車位用，行李還得手動搬一層！11樓的早餐也是要爬一層，對長者家不太方便！總體還是可以的！早餐也對得起這個價格！
