服務態度很好，有温泉免費泡，可以游泳，房間有浴缸，住宿送早餐，早餐很好吃，離哪都近，柳河的夜市和早市也非常熱鬧，南山公園爬一次，1個半小時，還有濕地公園和衍庶街，都挺好玩的，價格不貴，房間又大又奢華，很舒服的2天，贊👍🏻

柳河好酒店很少，這家衞生服務算可以了。房間寬敞，帶早餐。洗浴區挺大，可以帶孩子玩。每次回家都去住，有和家人相聚的回憶

房間挺大，床頭沒插座，用着不爽，洗浴服務極差，因地面水過多，沒人管理，客人摔了無人問，無人管，洗浴防滑措施不達標，有待加強管理，結賬還多收客人錢，不主動聯繫客人，，是住酒店以來很不爽的一次，摔的遍體鱗傷，

柳河縣最好的酒店。環境條件不錯，客房很好，早餐青菜品種很多，停車位在河邊，有點緊張。服務上需加強！比如客人提很多行李時，服務人員站在哪裡很整齊卻無動於衷，沒人幫忙。
