The concierge brought the luggage to the room, which was warm. The hotel front desk service was satisfactory, which made me spend the May Day holiday happily. One shortcoming: the tableware for breakfast needs to be inspected more strictly. I have made suggestions in person. See the picture below.

The bed was a bit hard, and the children's bed was even harder. I asked the room service to make it again on the second day, and it was much better. It was like sleeping on a hard bed before. The sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. The children next door were making noises at night, and I could hear them clearly in the room. The breakfast was not very rich, and many ingredients were not replenished in time. This is really a criticism. After all, there are many people in the hotel, and it is a big minus if the food cannot be replenished.

I brought my parents to stay here for a trip. The hotel service was great, the view outside the window was great, the spicy chicken noodles for breakfast were delicious, and they also sent milk at night. I will continue to choose this place next time I come.

The room is atmospheric and has a good view of the lake. The waiter's attitude was very good, and he also gave us 4 extra bottles of water in summer. Next time I go to Liupanshui, I will stay at the Guizhou Hotel. The breakfast is also very rich, but the rice noodles on May 2 were not served with vegetables. This situation should be improved.

The hotel is located about 300 meters away from Shuicheng Ancient Town. It is very convenient for eating and strolling. The staff is enthusiastic and the service is very good. The room is very large and the children like it very much. The night view from the high-rise rooms is also great. It is suitable for summer vacation. I will stay there next time.

The hotel bedding is very good, the ground parking is quite spacious, but it is a little inconvenient when it rains; the room is spacious and the view is very good. The floor attendants are very good. Areas for improvement: 1. The hotel room has a slight odor, after all, it is a certain age; 2. The breakfast environment is good and the dishes are also rich, but... basically none of them are Guizhou specialties. In terms of quality, the few stir-fried vegetables, I don’t know if the chef is in a bad mood because of the holiday work, the vegetables are yellow and old, even the green broccoli is stuffy and yellow, I have no appetite when I see it, it is really not worthy of the quality of Infinitus Hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces the water on one side. The environment is very good. It is very quiet! The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast variety is very rich. I stayed for two days and had dinner at the hotel. The chef's dinner was also very delicious. I have to give it a thumbs up. The only drawback is that the hotel's shower head is old and leaking. This is not suitable for a five-star hotel.

I stayed there again. The room was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The lake view in the room was more open and comfortable. The front desk service was very good, and they took the initiative to help input the license plate number, which was more convenient. The breakfast was quite rich.

This time I just passed by Liupanshui and stayed in a hotel. Guizhou Hotel was unexpectedly good. Xiao Zhou at the front desk was very friendly. Seeing that we were with children, he helped us upgrade to a parent-child room with lake view. He also asked if the child was a boy or a girl. When we walked into the room, the child liked it very much. It was a Super Wings theme that children love. The view outside the window was beautiful. In the evening, he also sent milk and wrote a note.

The location and hardware facilities are undoubtedly the best in Liupanshui hotels. The lobby is spacious and elegant. The room is grand, clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. It is rare to see such a large bathroom in a standard room, which is very convenient to use. The standard twin room only has a bedside table in the middle, with a table lamp and a phone, and basically no space for guests to put their belongings (would it be better to have a bedside table for each room?) There are many parking spaces in the ground parking lot, but there are iron pipes separating the parking spaces. Although parking is strictly regulated, it causes some inconvenience to enter and exit the reverse, especially for parking spaces with narrow passages or at the end. The parking lot has an uneven floor, which is a killer for high heels. The transportation is convenient. Going out to the left is the water street, and going out to the right for about 10 minutes, you can reach the food street. We stayed for two days, and we had local specialties for breakfast in the food street, which felt good.
