Second time staying here for the marathon. Clean and comfortable with a great view. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. It's conveniently located, right next to the high-speed rail station and also the starting point for the marathon. I'll definitely be staying here again for next year's marathon.

The overall experience was very good. The room was cleaned, there was no smell, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and the night was quiet and the rest was good. The staff is polite, the work efficiency is high, the surrounding eating and traveling are convenient, the price is online, and the stay is very comfortable.

Too pleasant, I didn't expect this orange hotel in Liupanshui to be so atmospheric! The location is in a brand new building next to the high-speed rail station. The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, the intelligent control is very stylish, the supporting laundry room gym is very tall, and the breakfast is delicious. The most important thing is that the service is very good, the whole process is meticulous and considerate, so satisfied!

The front desk service was unprofessional and careless. The first room I was assigned hadn't even been cleaned, and they didn't acknowledge their mistake. My room was on the 9th floor, and they made me go all the way back to the front desk with all my luggage to switch rooms. The second room I got had a broken Wi-Fi. When someone came to fix it, their attitude was awful; they told me I was being a hassle. I was so angry! The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the restaurant asked for a breakfast voucher, which I was never given. I had to go back to the front desk again to get one. I'm truly very dissatisfied with their service; it's completely unprofessional.

Come to Liupanshui to escape the heat, compare several companies and finally book Lulaya, the overall stay experience exceeded expectations! The location is really convenient, very close to the Liupanshui high-speed rail station, you can walk for a few minutes, dragging your luggage without tossing. There are many snack bars downstairs, you can find it if you want to eat Shuicheng mutton noodles and stew pot. Very special is that the lobby is on the 25th floor, the high-altitude view is great, there is a tea break when you check in. The room is a new store, very new and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view. I was worried that it would be noisy near the train station, but I didn't expect the sound insulation to be good and quiet at night. The bedding is soft, the rest is good, and the minibar drinks are free. Breakfast is in the sky restaurant on the 25th floor, open until 11 o'clock, no need to get up early to eat, there are local specialties to eat. There is also warm heart night porridge when you come back at night. The 24th floor is equipped with a gym and a self-service laundry room. It is too practical to wash clothes for long-distance trips. The staff is gentle and responsive. There is free parking for self-driving, and it is smooth to travel to the ancient town of Shuicheng and Meihua Mountain. Tips: It is best to book an audio-visual room and chess room in advance during peak hours. If you come to cool off and travel, this is worth choosing!

The hotel’s entrance is hidden from the street. It is in the parking lot behind the building. Guests smoke a lot, so the cigarette smoke smell lingered in the lobby all the time. My room had faint cigarette smell. The bed is good, and the noise from the outside is expected because of the location. The laundry room was useful. The breakfast was okay when you factor in the size of the hotel.

Booking this newly opened hotel in April 26 on Trip.com , I was a little nervous, because the newly opened reviews did not know what the actual situation was. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the style of the lobby and the warm reception of the service staff. And our original room included a breakfast, and the old couple stayed in. After communicating with the sales manager, they immediately upgraded to two breakfasts for free. Staying for a week feels super cost-effective, rich breakfast, tall and spacious rooms, modern and smart facilities. Will highly recommend to friends. Super praise!

The minimalist front desk paired with an orange-toned lounge area made waiting for check-in so comfortable. It felt much more luxurious than its price point suggests. ✨ The room details were spot on! The bathroom was quite spacious, and the whole room was clean and tidy. The bedding was so soft and made for an incredibly good night's sleep. 👉 Even the elevator area was stylish, with thoughtful carpets and murals. Staying here gave me a feeling of pleasant little surprises. The value for money is truly unbeatable! To get this kind of environment and service at a hundred-yuan price range is an absolute steal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Very satisfied. I had modified the order twice because of the itinerary, and then cancelled it again because I booked the wrong train ticket. Finally, my request was resolved through negotiation between Ctrip customer service and the hotel owner. After arriving at the hotel, the room type was upgraded, and there was a small gift bag for meeting the guests, which contained thoughtful daily necessities and small fruits. The fatigue from the journey was swept away. The room decoration was very much to my taste. You can drink tea and take a bath. Already recommended to my friends. Real review.
