沒冰箱，空調是壞的，制熱有問題，空調衹在房間有，大廳沒有空調，夏天一定會被熱死的。沒電視，床墊太硬不舒服，被子薄。設施很新，但衞生非常不好。這價位這種差勁的住宿體驗，不值得。70-80塊小賓館都不至於提供這麼差勁的服務。

從來不差評，除非忍不了！剛開始預訂這個酒店，知道是民宿，當時也做好了心裏準備，找這個酒店都找了我一個多鍾，然後是在小區裏面一棟樓上面。任何提示牌，我實在找不到給前台打電話，然後前台叫我自己上去，鑰匙丟在房間裏，反正前台在哪裡是個謎。酒店設施設備非常非常的不好，衞生非常非常的臟。大家可以看圖。然後我退房的時候就開發票，我的天哪，就像求他們一樣，態度相當不好！我花錢就是買氣受。大家千萬千萬不要入住，你一定會後悔。

我住了那麼多家民宿，這家民宿的體驗感是最差的。先從硬件上説，他是一間複式分上下兩套公寓居住，我當時住的是樓上的這一間，樓層高度低，特別是衞生間的高度，身高有個175進去就得低頭，很壓抑。加上上下樓隔音非常不好，正常説話都能聽得很清楚。在從軟件説，在房間裏竟然沒有浴巾，衹有洗臉的毛巾，跟店家要求最後補了兩張一次性浴巾，這個還算可以。但是後面發現衹給了牙刷，沒有杯子，沒有梳子，也沒有水。好多東西都需要自己買，説真的住個賓館不説環境，起碼生活用品都備有，更何況國慶入住，房價是原來兩三倍，結果得到的是這樣的體驗感。非常差，謹慎入住！
