My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There is nothing worth mentioning about the room except that it is stupidly big. The huge entrance hall was empty. The bed is thousands of miles away from the TV, so it can't be seen, right? The most important thing is that the service is really good. We arrived at the hotel in the early morning, and Ctrip offered a late check-out. I call once at 12 o'clock, once at 1:30, and once at 2 o'clock. It's not a time to be anxious. I don't know how to adapt. I'm extremely stupid.

小姐姐服務非常好，（名字就叫小妹 哈哈）主動，熱情，親和力很強。房間佈局合理，乾淨，無異味，床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快。早餐不錯，品種多，好評! 去附近遊玩坐車也打車大概10多20分鐘 交通便利

酒店服務很好，會有專人聯繫諮詢到店時間，也給我升級了房型，提供小童拖鞋跟洗護用品。
房間有小冰箱放了飲料也是免費喝的，隔音效果不錯小孩睡得很好，每天有阿姨及時打掃更換床品，酒店21樓的早餐也豐富多樣，螺螄粉好吃😋，鴨爪鍋燒叉燒無限加，整體感覺非常舒適。

除了地理位置不佔優勢，出行多數靠打車，這家酒店很不錯，附近商圈應該算新城區，要去工業博物館和古鎮很方便，附近也是有很多家新酒店。
服務：入住辦理在頂層，從樓下接待到前台小哥到保潔阿姨都十分熱情，會主動詢問住客有什麼需要幫忙的。彌補了上一家酒店帶來的不適感。
設施：房間面積十分優渥，設計感可以，有辦公桌，視野不錯完全沒有壓抑感，也是乾濕分離，有mini吧和歡迎水果。燈光環境温馨，走廊過道也是香香的，乾淨，舒適度滿分！！有自助洗衣，也可以讓酒店代洗，很方便。
bug就是房間裏面的浴缸，純擺設，如果提供一次性浴缸膜就不會浪費了。還有風筒，感應的不太好，方形手握着不舒服。
性價比完全OK，而且很多含早房，下次去柳州也是會回訂的酒店~
