酒店很乾凈，前台態度挺好的，房型也剛好，不過我覺得酒店大廳和酒店內部有一個奇怪的味道，可以買點香薰或者別的東西，味道比較大，不好聞。酒店還是蠻不錯滴推薦，有出遊的小夥伴可以看看

酒店環境很温馨，前台小姐姐熱情接待，服務態度非常好，房間乾淨整潔，連住幾天的，牀頭櫃有個專門的按鈕可以讓阿姨知道什麼時候該清理房間，非常推薦下次還想再來，十分滿意的一次住宿～

環境很好 ，簡約大氣。設施設備齊全，有洗衣機烘乾機還有停車場可以免費停車，非常方便。服務態度好，有求必應，而且很耐心的。房間隔音不錯，衞生也很乾凈 房間一塵不染。下次還會入住這家超高性價比的酒店！

別看是窯埠古鎮店，打車到窯埠古鎮還要8塊錢。不過出入也算方便，停車免費，但要加管家微信報車牌號，結果剛入住就問覺得怎麼樣。
訂了兩間圓床房，房頂是藍色的，床超大，一間有吊椅一間有躺椅，小朋友覺得挺有趣。洗手、廁所、淋浴是三區分離，互不幹擾挺好。空調是中央空調，直吹躺椅那個位置，不知道怎麼調風速。房間wifi的話要按開床頭的電視開關把機頂盒打開才能連上。房間衞生不錯，無異味。
樓下的燈泡廠螺螄粉早上並沒開門，不過附近小區有家小籠包很好吃。

前台服務妹子態度熱情，房間不滿意可以更換，房間設施還不錯，房價便宜，性價比非常高，路過柳州住一宿，周邊的餐飲也很多，非常方便。

1、旁邊幾個房間一家人訂了，小孩十分吵鬧，開着門吵，聯繫前台，説安排保安處理，但一直沒見到人員處理；
2、床是不睡不知道一睡嚇一跳，掀開被子巨臭的一灘濕漬，安排保潔上來處理衹想換床單褥墊了事，但味道已經滲到床墊了，要不是入住晚就要跟酒店保潔扯皮了，後面安排換房自己收拾行李折騰到快晚上一點才睡。

非常差的一次體驗，尤其是服務，酒店內部管理和平台的溝通肯定是存在問題的，有問題不知道為什麼會繞開入住登記的名字和電話直接找到預訂人的電話，導致房間空置溝通無果故給差評
