家庭房不錯，有門隔開，一張1.8米大床和一張1.2米小床夠一家四口住。但是在7樓，電梯衹到6樓，拉行李不方便。酒店停車場比較小，且沒有新能源充電樁。早餐很豐富。離萬象城不遠，打網約車六七塊錢就到了。

1.詳情寫的40平方米，實際面積連最普通的單床房的面積都沒有！小床是臨時放進去的，床頭就是一塊木板釘在了廁所的玻璃框上！插座都被小床擋住了！大床和小床的多餘空間一點都沒有！就像50塊錢的小旅館一樣，燈光也昏暗。40平方米？而且還是一整個酒店裡最貴的房，在和我搞笑呢？
2.家庭房沒有電梯直達，坐到6樓又要自己爬樓，帶着東西大包小包的，還要扛上去，有沒有搞錯，黑麻麻的！
3.沒有獨立的停車場，並且沒有停車標誌！找了好久都找不到，打電話過去告訴我在隔壁小巷裡，沒有標誌衹有欄桿，找都找不到，真是無語。這是住過最垃圾的城市便捷！
4.隔音效果一點都不好，半夜一點多還有人來回跑來回走，一直説話。
