Liuzhou Qishe Hotel (Yaoyu Ancient Town Flagship Store)

I went there because of the high price, but ended up with nothing. The store can only be reached by car from the underground parking lot. The hotel did not give us any reminder. We drove around for nearly 2 hours and couldn't find the place. We called the hotel halfway to ask but no one gave us the location. Finally, we got off the car and looked everywhere with our luggage before we found it. I arrived at the hotel and put my luggage there. I felt tired and wanted to drink some water, but there was none. I asked the front desk and they finally provided some. After putting away my luggage, I went out for a walk and returned to the hotel to rest at 11 o'clock in the evening. As it turned out, I didn't have slippers. I called the front desk more than 10 times but no one answered. Finally someone answered the phone. I decided to wash up first, and opened the sink drawer. There was nothing there except an empty box, toothbrush, comb, etc. I felt something was wrong, so I turned over the bedding. It was full of wrinkles from sleeping, and it had not been changed at all! Although I was given a new room after calling the front desk, an unidentified object appeared in the new room, which made me feel creepy! I admire the lady at the front desk who solved the problem by picking it off with her bare hands. After a whole night of trouble, I was in no mood at all. The welcome fruit that was promised to me was gone. This was the only experience I had for a room that cost over 1,000 per night. Very bad!

The hotel design is simple and beautiful in Chinese style, and the customer service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The garden design is natural and beautiful, and the room is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the rooms are too noisy on the street and the sound insulation is not very good. It may be that the noisy singing in the May Day ancient town lasted until 12 o'clock, and the performance was stopped after consultation with the hotel. The internal environment is very good, but the external environment is helpless
