Hygiene: Generally good, but the hotel's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows need deep cleaning. If you book a river view room like us, the photos taken during the day will basically be hazy. Take pictures in the evening. The hygiene of some locations is not in place. There are ”dirty things” left by previous guests on the windowsill outside the glass, and there is dust on the glass lamps. Still need to pay attention. Service: OK. The same lady greeted me when I checked in and checked out. She gave me a warm smile. Most of the other employees I met would say hello, but they were more formulaic in comparison. During the period, there was a male manager on duty who helped to deal with the problems encountered, and he was also more professional. After two days of breakfast, the breakfast restaurant staff would greet me except for the staff who led the table at the door. The other staff who met in the kitchen, patrol, including the staff who replenished paper towels and collected dirty meals, had zero communication with people. Facilities: The control panel in the room is more complicated to use. The electric toilet is connected to the power but cannot be used. Even after the upgrade, the room is still too small, and it is estimated that it is because of the unreasonable apartment type, small windows and dark-toned decorations, the room is smaller and appears depressing. 2. The fresh air system in the room is not powerful. There is no air conditioning at this time. It is very hot when the heating is turned on, and the ventilation effect is not good. Therefore, the room will feel stuffy, plus the first point of small space, it is not very comfortable to stay in the room for a long time. 3. You can't open the window when sleeping at night, otherwise the various noises outdoors will be more obvious. 4. The electrical appliances in the room are not adjusted properly. The TV remote control cannot control the TV. The remote control of the smart toilet also has problems. Overall, it is not friendly to the elderly and children. 5. The room should be paved with laminate flooring. There is no bathrobe or wardrobe. There is only a shallow niche behind the door. The width of the shower room is narrow, etc. Various hardware configurations are not up to the four-star standard. 6. The water temperature control of the shower is unstable. The water temperature suddenly rose three times during a shower. Fortunately, I don’t usually have the habit of taking a hot shower, otherwise I might get scalded. 7. The hotel has only two elevators, but there are dozens of floors. The speed and stability of the elevators are worrying, especially when I returned to the hotel this morning. I don’t know what activities caused a bunch of elderly people to fill the elevator room, which was daunting... In general, if this place is based on the three-star standard, it should still be qualified, but the four-star standard is definitely not met. However, another hotel we changed to later also failed to reach the nominal star rating. I don’t know if this phenomenon is common in hotels in Liuzhou, or if Ctrip’s rating is now inflated. In this way, the reference value of Ctrip’s rating will become weaker and weaker.
