The hotel is about 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport making it really convenient. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is great and the sun loungers very comfortable. You can watch incoming planes landing from the pool. People tend to put their towels down before the pool opens, which can be frustrating and means waiting for a lounger if you don’t do that - Tip: if going in July (it was 33 degrees) go to the beach first and then the pool around 4/5pm and you’ll get a lounger and quieter pool. Hotel is within walking distance of both Ammes and Ai Helis beaches which are immaculate. The water is clean and clear. We would definitely return.

We had a great break at the Astra village. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. The pool and views are great. If I had one criticism, it would be the evening buffet is a little 'bland' and lacks a little bit of Greek authenticity. But overall, I would highly recommend the Astra village, definitely one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at.

Astra Village never disappoints! Stayed at Astra Village a couple of times. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Cleaned daily. Food is of a high standard and the bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. Pool is great too...we love the place!

Very clean, nice to not have to pay extra for A/C and safe… staff very friendly and helpful… we booked half board and found the breakfast fine… however the evening buffet was not good, no children staying but was offered fish fingers and chicken nuggets! Only overcooked frozen vegetables available… the Greek cuisine is fabulous but we didn’t have anything to reflect this on the buffet. For this reason will not rebook.

A fantastic stay at Astra village. We stayed half board through Jet2 and I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish, so much so we have already booked for next year. Room (52) was great with a small kitchen (sink, kettle, fridge - note only provide tea cups so if you want a mug, bring your own), lovely rainhead shower, all pretty modern. 2 single beds in this room but most have a large double apparently. We personally found the food (we were half board) very good. Most of the time it was hot and different each day, always a soup, 3 or so different meat dishes and plenty of veggies etc. Chips seemed to be every other day. Small but delicious salad offering. Breakfast was your usual fayre...some cooked english, toast, cereals fruit, yoghurt, cakes and so on (no sauces so perhaps bring your own but you will find in the local supermarkets). Pool...fantastic and always plenty of very comfortable sunbeds available. Staff were great and very helpfull. All in all a fab holiday

A fabulous little hotel. Friendly helpful staff and great food. Good location, lovely views. Comfortable clean and tidy modern rooms. Gorgeous swimming pool. Spectacular sunsets! Fabulous local tavernas. We Loved the place! Highly recommended.

Beautiful complex, amazing pool area, exceptionally clean and very well looked after. All of the staff were fantastic from reception, to catering, to bar, to cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was overall pretty good also.

Just back from 10 nights at The Astra Village. Really lovely hotel. Accommodation was perfect and we had a sea view from our balcony. Pool area is lovely with really comfy sunloungers. The food was delicious. Lots of different choices every day and we couldn't fault it. Location is perfect and the staff are all really lovely. We will definitely return.
