The air conditioning kept turning off automatically, and I'm not sure why. But if I didn't have it on, there was a strange smell in the room. The location is excellent. It would be even better if there was a mini-fridge. The lack of a desk and chair was a bit inconvenient. The staff were all very nice. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option for solo travelers!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Liverpool city center. It's perfectly fine for a solo traveler staying one night, and the room offers pretty good value for money. Everything is conveniently close by.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad: clean rooms, helpful staff, and a convenient location for getting around the city. However, compared to similar establishments, I found their baggage handling policy quite inconvenient. If you arrive before check-in time, you have to pay to store your luggage. The same applies after check-out: if you want to leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later in the evening, you're charged an additional fee. In many other hotels, this service is either included or free for at least a few hours, so the difference is noticeable. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I recommend keeping these extra costs in mind when evaluating the value for money, especially if your arrival/departure times don't align with check-in and check-out.
