The location is great, but the room size is quite small compared to the easyhotel in either Sheffield or Newcastle. Anyway, generally is good.

The air conditioning kept turning off automatically, and I'm not sure why. But if I didn't have it on, there was a strange smell in the room. The location is excellent. It would be even better if there was a mini-fridge. The lack of a desk and chair was a bit inconvenient. The staff were all very nice. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option for solo travelers!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Liverpool city center. It's perfectly fine for a solo traveler staying one night, and the room offers pretty good value for money. Everything is conveniently close by.

The location is excellent, very close to sites and restaurants. The view from the window was breathtaking, you could see the beautiful buildings and partial view of the port. The windows don't open and the room is very small, barely any space between bed and walls so can be slightly claustrophobic. Some noise from the venues playing loud music can be heard during weekends, but for the price the room has everything you need.

In a convenient location though staying in the mezzanine floor meaning you have to take a couple of stairs with your luggage.

Had a great stay at StayCozy Studio Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

An absolutely ascetic hotel and room. Besides the bed, there is absolutely no furniture, no cups, no spoons. Nothing! Forget about a hairdryer or other amenities. Good thing there was a window and a wide windowsill, otherwise there would be nowhere to put even a cosmetic bag or a comb. We arrived 1.5 hours before the stated check-in time, and they even charged us for storing our luggage! The hotel's price does not match what it offers.

The room was next to the pipe so I can hear the water going throughout the night whenever someone in other rooms using the shower/ tap which kept me up all night.

The hotel is in a very good location, less than 10 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street Station and Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, and less than 5 minutes from Liverpool ONE. The staff are polite and professional, and the room is clean.

The room is very small, there aren’t even spaces to put our luggage and things. hangers in the room is insufficient. plus, the toilet is not very user-friendly, there is no rack to put our toiletries and amenities for bathing. Also, we want to point out that the design of the bathroom is very embarrassing, there is a hole to peek inside the bathroom and the door is transparent. If you are travelling with your friends, you may inevitably see them showering or going toilet. Also, some stain is found on the tissue paper and i got skin allergy after lying on the blankets they provided, cleanliness of the room is highly concerned.

Good location, friendly staff. Good tv with lots of channels. My bag storage was free. Overall, again a great stay!
