The room layout is well-designed, and the hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The entire hotel has a great sense of design, and the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center. It's only a ten-minute walk from Lime Street Station, and Central Station is also very close. Restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and the docks are all within easy walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Liverpool!

Wonderful hotel in the central part of Liverpool. About 12 minutes walk from both Lime Street Station and the harbour, close to the Bold Street area. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and on site. The staff are amazing and they always make you feel welcome and at home. I expecially enjoyed the warm introduction to the hotel by the door man. Very reasonable price, the room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Liverpool.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean, tidy, and comfortable. Despite being in a busy area, the environment is surprisingly quiet, and the food is good. Most of the staff were excellent, but one front desk lady was extremely arrogant and seemed unfriendly towards Chinese guests. My request for a late checkout of 30-60 minutes was haughtily denied with a disdainful attitude. All the other staff were very nice and welcoming.

Wonderful stay – we would definitely come back! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, the rooms felt brand new, and the entire property was stylish, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast – it felt very personal, with great service and attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Liverpool on foot while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. If we return to Liverpool, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Was only there for a night but overall location was perfect. Walking distance to Liverpool One and China Town. Will def be back should i make another trip to Liverpool.

My friend and I stayed at The Halyard Liverpool and absolutely loved the experience. The hotel is stylish and comfortable, and the staff were all so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the IHG member benefits, and we used the late checkout, which gave us extra time to relax before heading off.
