The location is good. Easy to connect to the way to go to landmark and easy to find something to eat and very easy for anyone who enjoyed night life. Room was cleaned , smell nice, bedding is so comfortable and very nice staff -very helping. Breakfast is good.

The 3rd room that was changed from the first and second option was perfect! The lady receptionist that was on duty is really nice and helpful. And on our check-out. We also left our bags to be picked up later. It is very convenient and staff are very friendly. We will surely come again!

Although the hotel is a bit far from the train station, it's conveniently located roughly midway between the University of Liverpool and Albert Dock. The room was small but the furnishings were quite new, and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast options were limited.

Very good, a solid, reliable choice. I stayed here with my daughter during our UK trip. The traditional English breakfast was lovely, and the room was well-equipped and complete. The shower was great, and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation.

This hotel is truly excellent! I have stayed at many properties under this brand across the UK, and this particular location is outstanding in terms of cleanliness and convenience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful as well. I highly recommend it!

Booked this for my mom, and it was really nice! The location is great, and breakfast was excellent too. I initially booked the wrong room, but after speaking with the staff on-site, they kindly agreed to switch it for us. The front desk staff were super nice!
