Leonardo Hotel Liverpool

The room was ok. Air conditioning was permanently on, and there was no way to adjust this. Clothes and bedding ended up feeling damp. The carpet was very badly stained and the room did not smell very clean. The key cards didn’t work very well, and although we had these reprogrammed at reception, and kept them away from phones and bank cards, they still did not work properly. It was a brilliant location for what we needed.

Cleaner room,  with no stains all over the carpet . This was off putting. Bigger room for a family of four. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly.  Location was great and car park not too far away. Getting a discount while parking at the kings docks was good value for 24hours. Staff at Kings dock were very helpful too.

How central the hotel was to all the local attractions, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

Good for wharf but away from city center so depending on what your focus is this is worth considering

Lovely staff, great breakfasts. Clean and tidy. In a great spot for town centre and the Liverpool wheel.

Location is very central to everything - food, shopping and culture. Rooms are decent size and beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. We always stay here when in Liverpool.

Ideal location for sightseeing and attending the M&S Bank Arena. Clean and comfortable rooms. Everything you need for short stay.

Very nice hotel, well presented rooms, extremely clean and tidy. Located just yards from the M&S Bank Arena. Breakfast is buffet style and definitely worth the money.
