Hilton Liverpool City Centre

Had a great experience of staying at Hilton liverpool, enjoyed my room which was so comfy and clean. I love executive lounge access which was inclusive. Value of the place is theview and comfort. All the landmarks are accessible and at the walking distance.

Have been going to this hotel for over 25 years as have family in Liverpool. Hotel staff are as always, lovely and helpful. Great location for middle of Liverpool. Food resonable price and good quality. Drinks quite expensive. Where this hotel falls down is its getting a bit battle weary. Heating poor, had to get an extra heater brought in and cold spoilt the night. Lighting poor and bedside light broken...and has been for a while. Broken tile in bathroom a trip and cutting hazard. Lack of bedside electrical plugs not really acceptable in a Hilton hotel in this day and age. Needs upgraded to maintain Hilton standards, and for the price is easily beaten by local competition

Our room was big enough, could do with a refresh though. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is great with bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance

It was hard to find a temporary parking spot to unload the luggage when we check in because of construction

Our view of the room was great.Expected better customer service for Hilton’s.Was charged £15 for early check in which was like 45 mins left until 3pm. Room wasn’t the cleanest.Bed sheet was not neat and the previous guest left a pair of trousers and sometime as we left our hotel to go out someone came into our room to remove the pair of trousers even with a do not disturb sign hung at the door when we wasn’t in the room.Bathroom was small.

Good location service could be a bit better but as with most hilton its a solid 3-4 star place

The location The view for LFC parade Great view and great atmosphere The hotel reception All is good I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Staff so friendly and helpful. Good location, easy walk to Hyde Park and easy walk to shopping area. Will come back again
