We had a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Liverpool in May. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. It was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

overall is good. A pretty woman staff was very friendly and attentive (has an energy like Emily in Paris) luv her ＜3 The location is great. The room didn’t got cleaned well when we checked in - greasy stain on the mirror, the shower room get soaked after shower. Slipper provided if needed. By the way, I like this place.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Almost perfect in fact if only we knew the pool wasn’t included in our stay and that is closes anyway at 4.30. Honestly everything else was impeccable. The staff, the hotel, the room, the toiletries, the food, the staff in Koukash. The ability to leave our luggage. The air con! Major bonus. Just loved it!

I booked this hotel because it had a pool. I may have missed opening times on the site, but would never have booked had I known it was open 9-6 the times I would be working.  The WiFi was terrible, I could just about conduct video calls with my video off.  The tables in the restaurant were sticky.  I will not be booking this hotel again

First of all, they had messed up our booked for 2 king rooms so son gets upgraded - fine. Then get to my room - very dark so don’t see outside. All night kept awake by loud humming, beeping and whirring. Too tired to go back to reception. Turns out I was inside from all the ventilation shafts etc. Noisy from people going past at all times of the night. Worst night sleep ever in a hotel. Do not accept room 606.
