The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

It was a great experience. I was staying at the hotel for 3 nights.I was at Merseyside Latin Festival, wich was absolutely brilliant. I would definitely come and visit Liverpool and stay at this beautiful hotel. 🤩🥰😇

Just a few minutes' walk from Liverpool train station. It's an older hotel with plenty of rooms, and it was pretty quiet at night. The room itself was quite spacious. It's super convenient for exploring the city center. We stayed one day in Liverpool mainly to catch a home game for the Liverpool team. The bus stop right across from the train station gets you to Anfield Stadium in less than half an hour. On the way back, the queue for the 917 bus was incredibly long, but thankfully the rain had started to let up.

I always use the adelphi in Liverpool. It started with national coach excursions but this time iit was for one night only as I went to the empire theatre which is just up the road. It gets bad reviews but I won't hear a bad word about it. You get what you pay for

I like the old fashioned feel of the Adelphi the history and just the splendor of the building. I have one criticism I'm disabled using a walking crutch and in the breakfast room no help from the staff. I had to ascend floor steps with a walking crutch taking my plate. No offer of help. You may say I should have asked but for Health and safety reasons the staff ought to have offered

It was a wonderful hotel, a surprisingly huge room in the very center of the city, large rooms and a neat bathroom, everything was perfect, I will return to this hotel
