Always a good hotel with the view and the breakfast. It could be cheaper considering it’s not a five stars hotel.

The Air conditioning is not working for several rooms. I booked premium room with river view, the room was burning and the AC was not working. I requested to change the room but there was no room with proper Air conditioning. I changed the room to other category but again the AC stopped working in the middle of night. It happened to me twice. I will not stay in this hotel again in summer. It is terrible.

Staff are lovely ..beds really comfy ..sadly aircon wasn’t working but fans supplied were adequate. The bar area is a bit scruffy and also our room window was in desperate need of a clean in the outside …my phone presumed my lens needed cleaning !!!

I didn’t enjoy it because it was one of the hottest days and there was no air conditioning. The hotel is generally good. The bedding and other amenities are neat and tidy.

There was no hot water in the property for two days out of the three that I stayed there. In addition this was only communicated to me when I arrived at the hotel after a long journey. While they gave me the choice of going to a different hotel they didn't offer any help to find me a suitable replacement. Also they said they would give me 20% refund which I still have not received. Moreover you advertise that they have a swimming pool which is not true. That was also very disappointing as I paid extra specifically for that!

It was a lovely stay throughout. We had a lovely view of the waterfront from our room. The staff were friendly and kind. The rooms and facilities were great, it was nice and clean. it was close to the city centre and station.

We had a wonderful stay in Liverpool and the hotel was good,helpful staff, clean room and nice and quiet. Would stay again.
