The Sir Thomas Hotel

Lovely hotel,great location, parking in next street discount from hotel. Fantastic breakfast.

Rooms are a little cold and there’s no heating controls in the rooms. You have to pay a £50 deposit however it can take 7-10 days to be refunded. Beds are very small my partner is 6.2 and his feet were over the edge. Very noisy. Doors slamming and screaming and shouting but once they all settled down it was ok. Staff are lovely and food and drinks were high standard and well presented.

We stayed at the Sir Thomas for one night and were really disappointed. Firstly, the photos of the rooms are very deceptive. Our was much smaller than it appeared to be. It also had no mirror or phone to call reception. The bathroom was small enough that we could brush our teeth while seating on the toilet lid! Definitely not like the pictures. Also, the room was absolutely boiling. There was no air conditioning, the radiator was on full blast and couldn’t be turned down or off. Finally, the booking confirmation from Trip.com stated that the deposit could be paid in cash, which would be returned upon checking out. However, the hotel requires a physical debit or credit card, meaning I am without that money for up to 10 days. On the plus side, breakfast was really good!

Great location from train station Hotel was lovely just  the phone and tv in the room didn’t work could do with a fan in the rooms on hot nights

The hotel was in a great location for going shopping going out for food and all the city has to offer staff could probably do with some training breakfast okay? Had to keep asking for things and no staff around had to go looking for the kitchen to find some staff. we would definitely come back to Liverpool but staying in a different hotel. 

Great location, decent room and nice breakfast

The hotel is in an amazing location and is a short distance from Lime Street station and all the attractions Liverpool has to offer. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel 5*****

Staff is very nice . We are late for breakfast, but they still let us .

Booked through my trip app for 2 adults 1 child. Arrived at hotel and they only had a generated booking for double room two adults which I found out after I checked in and completed manual check in form at reception with 3 guest on it. Hotel was fully booked. Manger who was very professional found a solution and got a pull out bed delivered to our room. Which was great but room was very compact. But a dampner on our stay.
