Titanic Hotel Liverpool

Came for a girlie weekend with my daughter and had a lovely time the spa is beautiful and they do an early bird 8-10am which suited us just fine

This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive. We also had to request slippers twice from reception to successfully receive them. Overall, lovely hotel but the majority of the staff could do with extra training, especially the bar staff.

The receptionist on the early shift on Thursday 3rd sep was lovely she was training but I had to go back when the view from  my room  wasn’t as expected.However the other receptionist that morning changed my room to a better view but unfortunately the power  shower wasn’t working correctly I did explain this to the receptionist that changed my room she said that she was sorry but I would of expected all facilities to be in working order so quite disappointed . The floor did get wet and I had to mop it up using towels I did try to call reception but know body answered my call .

everyone was super freindly always going the extra step , location was okay lovely walk to the city center but a bit out the way of other things hotel was fabulous no negitives

Excellent hotel and spa, would definitely return in the near future. Great location and great staff. The customer service was top tier.

Lovely spacious room, everything very clean and all the amenities you need! Food and drinks were great, excellent service too!

The spa was the best we’ve ever been too , bath was lovely and deep , hotel room was spotless , lovely coffee in room , staff were great , especially the lady on reception didn’t catch her name but you could tell she was happy in her job , it was like checking into Disneyland she was that happy , Would definitely stay again :)

Huge rooms, nice amenities, beautiful hotel…location is a bit out. Need Uber to get around.
