room permaeting with funny smell, even though quite conveniently located, not recommended unless you are someone into eccentrically pungent odours

Perfectly located ! Just a short walk to all attractions - albert docks, rope walk, Liverpool one , buses etc, so you got it all covered whether its dining shopping drinks or party Friendly staff, attending the reception 24/7 apartment is big but the bathroom and sleeping room itself are just ok, and not very spacious, and don’t expect the apt to have all the usual hotel amenities

Good location, and friendly staffs

The apartment hotel was centrally located, just a few mins walk from the restaurant and shopping area. It’s in a hip part of town. The room was super spacious with plenty of amenities.

The location so near to the city centre and the staff were so friendly. You can always chat with them if there is anything you need , staying there 4 nights really worth it. Im sure will staying there again if i go to Liverpool. The kitchen amenities superb.

Staff were polite and helpful. Accommodations are spartan and a 2nd fair that’s not part of the eating table woul be beneficial. The 2nd bedroom was only useful for sleeping there was no space for luggage and wardrobe storage. Housekeeping was also very limited. In retrospect to other providers like Staycity (without naming them) I would say their competitors have a better designed product

This hotel is very popular and suitable for visiting Liverpool. It is less than 3 minutes' walk from the beach. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the business district is about 7-8 minutes' walk away.

It is clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. I had to buy tub cleaner because the inside of the washing machine was dirty, but just having a washing machine is nice. The shower water pressure was very strong, which was satisfactory. There is a Tesco Superstore right next door. You can buy detergent, water, food, etc. The location of the hotel needs to be corrected on Google Maps. If you search for a hotel and get directions, you will be directed to Gradwell street on the other side. The hotel entrance is on Duke Street.
