The location is right next to Albert Dock! Also the room view is amazing both during the day time and night time. I strongly recommend here!!

I have to ask for my room to be clean every single day, I don't know if this has to be addressed by the manager. I've been around the world in Pullman Hotel, but coming to Liverpool Pullman, it's a bad experience.

Had a wonderful stay Pullman again! The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The location is great to explore most of the attractions by the dock.

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are friendly, it’s a great location and it was spotless. I’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints
