Hope Street Hotel

Me and my daughter came for a spa weekend and had a fabulous time! Was in a rush and went and ordered pizza next door and they said if you want it in your room we will deliver it to your room when it’s ready! Which was fantastic as we was in the thick of getting ready for a night out

Room has windows that open. Great location. Cleaned very often and lots of amenities that make it special.

Absolutely beautiful hotel we enjoyed the thermal spa which was a treat for our wedding anniversary. However I found that a couple were told when checking in that they had been given a free upgrade room as it was their anniversary. I was told a minute before by another lady that there was an upgraded room available at an extra cost. I found that a little uneasy and were they trying to get extra money from ourselves or our faces didn’t fit. It put a downer on the hotel for us

I’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. My two-night stay at Hope Street Hotel, in room G02, was nothing short of delightful. The real manual key, spacious layout, and wooden floors created a welcoming, homely atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the free-standing bath with its view over the festively lit Hope Street; it was such a treat to relax and watch the world go by that I happily cancelled my spa booking. I’d initially worried the central location might be noisy, but I slept soundly throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tips: • Bringing a few battery-powered tea lights made the bathroom feel cosy, as the lighting is quite minimal. • The pillows, while luxurious, were on the softer side. If you prefer firmer support, a small memory foam pillow is worth packing. • It can get a touch chilly at night, so turning the heating up to 26 degrees keeps things comfortable.

Lovely hotel with an amazing spa. Situated in a nice area thats also walkable to the main part of town

Beautiful hotel in a great area.staff were all very friendly and helpful, the spa was amazing . Only negative on che k out they tried to over charge fir additional  breakfasts I didn’t have.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and a super bathroom with an amazing shower. Ate in both restaurants and really enjoyed our meals. Would definately recommend staying here!

as always a lovely stay ..  rooms /beds so comfy and staff so helpful just a shame the spa was out of action but something to look forward to for our next visit
