The room is big and clean, and even a microwave oven is provided. The location is great too, it is close to the big mall Liverpool One and takes only 15 mins walk to the dock where has many attractions.

Very industrial style, lovely staff, friendly vibe. We would recommend it. It locates in Liverpool soho area, please be aware it would be busy at night if you decide to stay in the weekend.

The staff was amazing. Location and everything is good. The staff had suggestions of places to visit, eat, etc. They also did happy hours at least twice while I was there (4 nights). They also allowed me to checked-in earlier since the room was already clean. I would recommended 100.

Everything so well thought throughout, again this chain is my favourite in Liverpool, great prices, friendly and well trained staff, great decor and spacious rooms, super comfy beds and amazing location!

Overall great experience with this hotel. Receptionist was friendly to help call for taxi and guide us the direction to town.
