Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll
Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either.
Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses on a king size base. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep when they keep sliding apart. The room we were in (109) was directly above a pub and there's no sound proofing, you can hear Cheryl's bad karaoke version of gimme a man at 2am like you're there in the room with her.
Overall - We didn't pay much so not too fussed but the staff were great but the company needs to clean, repair and make vast improvements to the rooms like getting the right size mattress would be a start.

The location
The view for LFC parade
Great view and great atmosphere
The hotel reception
All is good
I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Really friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Really good buffet breakfast with grab bags easily available for anyone in a hurry. Ideal location for exploring Liverpool. Great value.

Great location, right by Albert Dock, with the hotel practically opening onto it. Super convenient for getting anywhere. The dock is really peaceful in the early morning. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there are public parking spaces right outside at a reasonable price.

Excellent for an overnight stay. My only slightly negative comments are an over complicated TV remote & no cup/glass in the room or bathroom. Otherwise it was good, clean and functional.

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around.

Location: Right next to the train station, with a direct passage to the station, so you don't need to go outside. The room was quite spacious, though I could hear some train noise, but it didn't disturb my rest. I really loved the lobby's decor.

GGuest UserReally nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a twin cabin room (no others available)basic but comfortable and very clean, warm, TV, complimentary tea and coffee. A phone for room service if required.
The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could possibly want to start you off for the day.
We had a meal in the restaurant Friday evening which was really lovely with again great staff.
Hotel is close to Liverpool lime street train station.
Though it didn't upset our stay there was a party Friday and Saturday night that was very loud and went on till 1am
It would have been nice to have been given this information.

GGuest UserThe hotel was old but kept very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The directions to the soccer stadium were excellent, and they even held our luggage after check-out, which let us enjoy sightseeing. It was also conveniently close to the station.

WWuYuqingI booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

AAnonymous UserHotel staffs were one of the most friendly bunch i’ve met on my trip to the UK! they were very friendly and approachable, making the entire stay really comfortable. The location is almost perfect, exit the train station and there’s it is, right across the road.
visited in December as well and the Christmas market is about 2mins walk from the hotel. the main shopping district is about 2-3mins walk as well. will visit again for sure if i’m in Liverpool.

KKarenThis hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! Photo is a view from our room - the two Cathedrals in view.

GGuest UserI booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers in the room.

LlaurieGreat stay as always. Perfect location for events at the M&S arena and close to the city centre.
We had an accessible wetroom, which was ideal for what we needed, it had a lowered bed and more space around the bed for wheelchair access. The wet room was also spacious with a wall seat for the shower and several hand rails. To exit the room there is a button for disabled access...this takes a little getting used to if u aren't stood in the right place then the door stops and starts to close again once you figure out how far or close to be it seems pretty happy.
The staff are really friendly and go above and beyond. Will keep coming back.

Zzhao2007_happyBreakfast is Western food. If you like Western food, it’s okay. Chinese people who don’t like Western food shouldn’t have breakfast. In short, there’s nothing delicious in the UK.
