The top choice for a family getaway in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area! The hotel is tucked away in a bamboo forest within a valley, offering fresh air and plenty of kid-friendly activities. On-site, you can feed alpacas, and there's also a dinosaur park—my son had an absolute blast. In the room, children's slippers and toiletries were prepared in advance, and best of all, there was a step stool for little ones. Such thoughtful details! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, including great options for kids. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very responsive. It's a true one-stop family vacation spot where you don't have to rush around. It’s also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, making it perfect for a short trip with kids.

The Wyndham Hotel truly lives up to its name, making you feel right at home. You can park your car at the entrance, and a shuttle will take you to the hotel. The environment is very elegant, with many fun little activities for entertainment and relaxation. 😉 I contacted the butler, Zhou Zhou, in advance for my birthday 🥳, and the decorations were very thoughtful. The hotel's three alpacas were very interactive; a bag of carrots was gone in no time. The soundproofing in the room was a bit average, but everything else met five-star hotel standards. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good; the steamed pork with rice powder was delicious 😋. We received two complimentary tickets to the cliffside hot springs. We didn't go down to the infinity pool by the cliff because the water was cold, and with the recent cold weather, not many people were swimming. However, the hot spring scenery was quite beautiful.

The environment is absolutely beautiful, a independently run, secluded mountain retreat. The management, especially the staff, provide thoughtful and attentive service. Highly recommend! It's perfect for family trips and staycations for relaxation. A strong recommendation!

The hygiene, facilities, and breakfast are top-notch, even for a five-star hotel. However, for a high-end resort, I would expect an à la carte breakfast, though the breakfast quality was still excellent. The hot springs and views were also great. The staff provided excellent service and were very responsive. It's a shame the weather wasn't better, otherwise, it would have been even more perfect. If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back.

The exclusive butler service is attentive; I especially want to commend Butler Bingbing for her patience and meticulousness throughout our stay. She was always responsive to our requests, creating a wonderful sense of belonging. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

This is an amazing family-friendly hotel! There are so many activities, and the facilities are complete and well-equipped. I found this place on Xiaohongshu, and it completely lived up to expectations – absolutely no regrets! A special shout-out to Butler Xiao Lei, who was incredibly reliable and patient. Thumbs up! 👍 My little one is 18 months old now, and we're definitely planning to come back when they're a bit older.

This experience was quite a pleasant surprise. We had a dedicated butler who followed up on our needs one-on-one, and any messages we sent were answered very quickly. The car arranged for our outings always arrived on time, and the drivers were polite and patient, which saved us a lot of hassle compared to organizing things ourselves. It's rare to encounter such smooth service. The only slight drawback was the bathroom linens in the room, which looked a bit dingy, but that's understandable. The clifftop hot springs were great for soaking in. The dinosaur park is worth a quick visit (there are deer 🦌 inside), and feeding the alpacas was a lot of fun. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!
