I am travelling with 3 friends of mine. We are all foreigners who can only speak limited Chinese, but the hotel staff whose name is 张舒 was really helpful, warmth and friendly. She arranged for us two rooms that next to each other and helped us to purchase the tickets to Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Sea with 20% discounts off from the original price. She even directed us which transportation that we should take to go the Tianmu Lake area. The hotel atmosphere is very cozy, relaxing and feels like home. It felt likes staying in the Ancient Traditional House but it was super clean and comfortable. The location also is very strategic and easy to be found, only by walking distance which is around 5 mins to the entrance of Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The breakfast is good enough for the Chinese standard hotel. It was a perfect stay for the Getaway from the hustling and hectic city life of Shanghai. I would definetely recommend this hotel to my family or friends who plan to go to Liyang, Jiangsu.

The hotel is very good, just behind the archway of Nanshan Zhuhai, next to the characteristic old street, and there are many places to eat. The room is not big but very comfortable and the air conditioning is very warm. The free Yushui Hot Spring package is good, but it is a bit far to walk more than 600 meters. There is no elevator in the hotel, so those staying upstairs need to take the stairs.
