The entire service process was simple and stress-free, from initial communication and on-site shooting to the final photo delivery – everything was well-organized. We started shooting immediately upon arriving at Hantian, without any long waits. We could view the original photos at any time during the shoot and make adjustments on the spot if we weren't satisfied. There was no need to painstakingly plan the shots; we just enjoyed our summer vacation.

The environment is great and the place is huge; you can't possibly see it all in one day. The kids absolutely loved it, raving about the indoor trampoline and hot springs, saying they'd definitely come back again. The service was also good; the cleaning staff would always greet us. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Hidden away on a lakeside peninsula, the Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort is surrounded by bamboo forests. The lake-view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly capture the stunning mountain and lake scenery. The hillside hot springs, complete with an infinity pool, are definitely the highlight. The resort grounds are quite large, so a shuttle bus is needed to get around. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities (Pinecone Park, trampolines, and petting zoo), and the butler service is attentive. Breakfast includes local specialties like hot pot fish head. On the downside, some buildings have slightly older facilities, some recreational activities cost extra, and during holidays, breakfast can be crowded and parking a hassle. Overall, it's great for families and a relaxing hot spring escape, with a better experience outside of weekends.

We had a slight issue at check-in, so the front desk upgraded our room. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be far beyond my expectations! The kids had an absolute blast and keep talking about it. They enjoyed so many different hot spring pools, all with unique and super fun designs. The kids' club activities were all reservable and free of charge, with highlights like the night forest exploration and water gun fights. The staff working with the children were incredibly nice and all the kids loved them! The trampoline park was also huge, and the scenery was beautiful. One night simply wasn't enough to experience everything, so we're already planning a second visit!

The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them. However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance.

Traveling during the off-season, we were upgraded to a lake view room with excellent natural light from two sides. This was our first trip with our 10-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Auntie Zhou Yulan was so enthusiastic at breakfast, she saw we had a baby and helped us with coffee. When I was changing with the baby by myself in the hot spring area, a staff member proactively helped me hold the baby. The uncle at the infinity pool saw we had a baby and were taking photos, and didn't insist we wear swimming caps. The shuttle service was very responsive and quick whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Auntie Shi Xuemei even stopped for us near the peacocks so we could take photos with the baby. Overall, we were very satisfied!

The decor is really outdated and the hygiene is terrible. This morning, after turning on the lights, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned properly – there was still trash left by the previous guest under the nightstand. The screen door leading to the balcony was covered in dust, and the table and chairs on the balcony were also dusty and stained. The facilities are quite basic and don't meet the standard for the price. It definitely doesn't live up to the pictures online, especially for 1698 a night, which isn't cheap. The facilities, hygiene, environment, and service just don't match the price point.

The hotel is a bit run-down, and the family room clearly looks like it was converted later. Two out of three downlights were dead. These things are acceptable, but the worst part was the Sea, Land, and Air amusement park. It seems to be outsourced and it's absolutely rubbish, really dragging down the hotel's quality! Luckily, the hotel's hot springs offered some consolation.
