Yushui Hidden Villa

The entire hotel is nestled in a beautiful valley with stunning natural scenery. It's a great place to get some fresh air. I happened to visit when it was raining, and the air felt incredibly refreshing. Lulu, the instructor at the handicraft workshop, and all the aunties were very kind and welcoming. All the staff were excellent. I'll definitely be back when the weather is better.

This hotel is right next to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the rooms are nestled within a bamboo forest. There's a shuttle service to take you to each room, and you even take an elevator up the mountain to get there. A butler contacts you before check-in; the one assigned to me, Guan Qiuxiang, provided excellent service and responded to any questions instantly! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, views, and service are all top-notch. The breakfast quality is very good, but I felt the variety was a bit limited compared to other hotels in the same category, and the dishes were identical for both days of my stay. Everything else was perfect, though.

Mr. Fang Jie's service was exceptional and very thoughtful. His excellent service quality is actually why I extended my stay for so many days. The hotel environment is also outstanding, perfect for a relaxing and restorative break. Highly recommended!

It was okay, but the holiday premium was quite expensive. The Bamboo View Room wasn't good; the surroundings felt messy, and there was no view. At nearly 5,000 RMB a night, the experience didn't feel worth it. If you want a view, you need a room with a pool. The North Wing is better than the South Wing, as the South Wing generally lacks good sunlight.

The room environment was amazing, quiet, and offered great privacy. The welcome tea at the front desk was delicious! The private hot spring in the room was convenient and clean, and the rose bath was lovely! Housekeeper Xiao Jin was always online and very responsive 👍

Nestled in the Bamboo Sea Cloud Valley, the scenery is already stunning, but Xia's service added a touch of warmth to our trip. She proactively communicated with us beforehand, showed great attention to detail during check-in, the private hot spring was delightful, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. A truly wonderful holiday experience!

Thanks to the hotel's one-on-one butler service, we received a wonderful surprise: a room upgrade! We were absolutely thrilled with our trip. In the cold winter, both spacious floors of our room were incredibly warm, and having a hot spring pool on each floor meant we could enjoy a dip without even leaving the room – it was truly fantastic! The hotel service was impeccable; even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally patient and friendly. The complimentary dinner and the breakfast buffet were both delicious. The breakfast, in particular, offered a wide variety, including soup dumplings, omelets, and steak. We'll definitely be back in the summer to experience the room's infinity pool.

The room was great, and having a private hot spring meant I didn't have to go outside in winter to enjoy a very comfortable soak. We arrived in the early hours, and the butler was very thoughtful in helping us check in. Even though it's on the mountain top, the service is always available 24/7 with attentive, on-call butler service. They even helped me swipe my card when I couldn't open the door at 3 AM, which I really appreciate. Lunch was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful too. I'll definitely be staying here again. Excellent!
