"Excellent hotel, in a great central location. The staff were all wonderful. Gregor was especially helpful and knew a lot about the history of the hotel. Our room was beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast was awesome and you must eat dinner at least once in the restaurant. We had 3 nights in the city which was more than enough and we are very glad we went to the Postojna caves on a Sunday morning because there isn't a huge amount to do in the city (as it's small). The caves were amazing! We found all the local people were polite and pleasant too. A nice little city break, if you'd also like to relax, and you've perhaps ticked a lot of the major European cities off your list already."

Also, to mention, there was no elevator in the building, so expect to carry your luggage up the stairs, but luckily we were on the first floor. Breakfast was sufficient with enough options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and polite. A good hotel option if you need a place to stay for a night before departure!"

"Location is not easy to find especially at night as it is located in a housing area instead of main street. If you don’t have proper internet connection that even makes it worse. The check in process was hard for me. They had self check in process but I didn’t receive any email for the guidance and form. Yes they had the guidance attached on their main door including wifi password so people can connect to their wifi, but what if someone runs out of battery? The form includes personal data entry and city tax payment which consumes time. Then inside the property, guidance for room passcode is also a bit ambiguous. And the owner is busy not to be able to handle the guests properly."

"The transportation is very inconvenient, only suitable for people who drive. The room environment is good, but there are many insects because of the natural environment. The hot water time seems to be limited. There is no hot water halfway through the shower."
