"Just the perfect stay with the best host ever. Situated away from the hustle, this guesthouse is surrounded by Farmlands and countryside views. The beds were super comfortable, well sized rooms with enough storage and a well sizes bathroom. There is ample parking space and an outdoor picnic table. The breakfast served is fresh off the kitchen with lots of love. The lounge area is cozy and warm, perfect for a lazy evening. The best part of this place is the conversations you can have with this charming host and her hospitality. Definitely visiting again when around."

"I was actually embarrassed as my plan was to take my wife somewhere nice. As soon as I walked in the room I had flashbacks to a 'hotel' in Blackpool that I had the misfortune to visit in the 90s. We really should have turned around at that point and left but we both have brave faces it seems. I had been totally misled by the reviews and am feeling played. The room was old and very tired, the furniture looked like it had come from a second hand shop. The sea view was actually a tree in the car park, which presumably hadn't grown up to cover the window overnight. Abersoch is a good base for a visit to the area, there are really nice beaches and walks locally and good roads going out of the town for any trips elsewhere. I feel that a lot of the reviews of the Egryn seem either from another era or actually made up, they're just too glowing for what is basically a bedsit."
