We had a lovely night here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, all the more enjoyable for the break from the car troubles we had on our journey! Having booked the additional Cellar Door wine tasting, the car troubles meant we were going to be arriving late - spoke to Steve who said it was no problem, he could delay the start of the wine tasting (it was only us booked on) and what's more, they could give us a lift back to our car the following morning! We were then able to relax and fully enjoy a very informative wine-tasting while learning about the history of the place (and quite some history it is!). The blush sparking wine proved a real hit when we took a bottle to my parents, and we also enjoyed the 2022 white with our meal that night. It's a family-run business - we didn't meet Steve's son, the chef, but his cooking was superb. We started in the bar, where there was a good selection of local bottled beers, as well as the vineyard's wine and a wide selection of gins among the usual bar offerings. We then thoroughly enjoyed our 3-course dinner and a lighter breakfast the next day. Nicole looked after us brilliantly in the dining room - not overbearing, but attentive. Our room was lovely. We chose to stay in Willow room in the annexe. Compared to chain hotel rooms, it's smaller, but it didn't matter. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, there were luxury toiletries, a coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge at the entrance to the annexe. All these small things really made our stay hugely enjoyable. Unfortunately we had to get back to our car early the next morning, so didn't have a chance to explore our surroundings, but we'll definitely be back! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay.

Spend a wonderful night during my visit to Whitland. Steve and the rest of his family are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Had both dinner and breakfast and was very pleased with the food. They also make an excellent white wine. I bought an extra bottle to take with me. Would most definately stay here again.

Jabajak was able to accomodate us at short notice and we stayed in the Garden View Room which had a lovely view of the vineyard. Steve and Jackie were the most friendly hosts one could ask for as were the rest of the staff. We had a drink in the bar trying their own Sparkling wine which I would recommend before we ate in the restaurant accompanied by a bottle of their white wine. We had a great time and would recommend anyone to stay here

Booked in for two nights after finding this listed in a magazine article - so glad that I did. The place is beautiful, rooms are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were welcoming and very friendly. We did the wine tasting experience where they went through some fascinating history of the farm before trying the (excellent) wine they produce on the estate. On the Saturday evening we are in the restaurant- the food was absolutely delicious. Roman, the chef, produces food that is beautifully presented and tasted gorgeous. I’d highly recommend Jabajak to anyone who fancies a couple of nights relaxation.

What a fantastic little find. Great place, fantastic hosts and staff who make you feel so welcome. Great food and fabulous views. You are made so welcome you feel like family rather than guests. Will definitely be going again. Thank you so much Steve, Jackie , Nicole and the rest of the team. With a special thank you to Roman for making us Moules as our starter which was not on the menu, it made my Brother in law’s birthday extra special.

We had an excellent stay here, all the staff were polite friendly and chatty and very accommodating when dealing with requests. The hotel is set within the vineyard and so there is a lovely tranquil country feeling to the whole place. The owners, Steve and Jackie, always had time for a chat and made sure that we were well looked after. The food was always beautifully prepared and presented by Roman the head chef, who had the time for a chat after he had finished and explain how he had prepared certain dishes! A refreshing change from the normal corporate environment! All in all this hotel is well worth a visit. Ps the wine produced is also very good!

Where can I start, Steve and Jackie are the most accommodating down to earth friendliest hosts I've had the pleasure to meet. They go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel part of their family, that ripples out to all guests and everyone makes new friends. The location is superb, the rooms are amazingly thought out and are well equipped for all your needs. The food, is simply put, out of this world. Roman the chef is the most humble, skilled and proud chef I've ever met. The love he has for his craft, coupled with an abundance of on site fresh ingredients is reflected in his amazing flavours and presentation. Ian who prepared our breakfasts cooks an absolutely mean full breakfast, he is very approachable and is very talented. Every member of staff went out their way to make you feel welcome, relaxed and nothing was too much for them. This is a very special place

Unbelievable experience. We booked this for my wife's 50th birthday and 12 friends, with a winetasting experience followed by dinner in the cowshed room and drinks and a party after. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel right at home by Steve , Jackie and Kevin, who met us so warmly and then went out of their way to make sure this was a special experience for my wife and friends. I should have known as Steve in the weeks before was brilliant in helping to organise. Steve and Jackie when first meeting them, made us feel like we had been friends for years. Kevin led us on the wine tasting and what a star -- so knowledgable but with great stories and just a lovely , very funny guy who looked after oursleves brilliantly over the two days. The cowshed room takes your breath away , a stunning room with an open fire. The food-- out of this world, locally produced, and world class taste-- everyone said the food was stunning and this includes breakfast. In the night we ended up with one of our guests who is in a band playing what turned into a full on gig , guitar and singing-- no problem for Jabajak team-- who basically said enjoy its your party. Great selection of rum at the bar as well. Next morning Steve and Kevin emphasised no rush to leave , and we ended up staying for coffees all morning and nearly stayed for sunday lunch which looked stunning. -- and I haven't even mentioned the rooms, which were fab as well , beautifully done out , keeping old features with the new . The location and view of the vine yard is amazing and sat outside with a drink, you feel so chilled out. So as you can tell we were very impressed, Steve, Jackie and Kevin- make you feel special , they are warm genuine people backed up as well by brilliant staff who were alll fab. If you want a special night away or go for a brilliant meal-- I cannot recommend any higher. We will be back shortly.
