Perfect location, clean and amazing breakfast. Innkeepers are so hospitable and enjoyed meeting them. Perfect place for a family vacation. Step right onto the beach and close to the pier. Parking is provided and updated bathrooms. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated with personal touches that showed how much care goes into everything they do. Breakfast each morning was a true highlight—homemade, delicious, and served with a smile. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable, offering great local tips and making us feel like part of the family. Colin and Sandra are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast was excellent with a very good menu to choose from and beautifully presented by Sandra . The hotel is in the perfect position overlooking the sea front and easy walk to the town centre and the pier and the great Orme . The rooms are well decorated with a comfy bed and walk in shower and tea and coffee making facilities and we were lucky to have a sea view room . Very clean and comfortable lovely cooked breakfast nothing to much trouble for our host who was very friendly and accomadating a bonus that there is a carpark and it's close to the theatre and not to fair from town centre.The room had a sea view and a little fidge with water supplied.

This was our third stay with Sandra and Colin. They are excellent hosts. They make you feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and the meals are fab. Free parking is a big bonus in Llandudno. We hope to be back when we can. There's lots to see and do in North Wales and it's very central for exploring.

Colin was welcoming on arrival. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location halfway along the promenade provided lovely views (from our first floor sea view room) of the whole of Llandudno Bay from the Great Orme to the Little Orme. The location is also convenient for walking to restaurants in either Llandudno centre or Craig-y-Don (10-15mins). Breakfast was superb with a good choice (including vegetarian options) and was well presented. The accommodation benefits from a good size private car park at the rear of the property (although at this time of year parking on the sea front was not an issue – parking is free from 16:00-10:00). Highly recommended.
