Travelodge Llanelli Cross Hands ★★★
"Great location for Cross Hands town centre and access to the motorway Ideal for walking into the local shops, club and cafe Petrol station next door along with Starbucks and Aldi store. The hotel is set back, nice and quite plus parking is free The staff are really friendly, helpful and courteous. No cooked breakfast onsite but cafe Raz is a 10 minute walk great value for money"
Premier Inn Llanelli Central East ★★★
"Staff are great very helpful, tried the new recently renovated restaurant and food was absolutely beautiful. Service was great and food came out in good time. Will visit again."
Thomas Arms Hotel ★★★
"Go somewhere else. Booked at the last minute as my wife had an early appointment nearby. Looked very shabby on arrival with dirty laundry stacked up outside, went to our room & passed more laundry stacked on the landing, presumably clean. Room was not the best, stains on the carpet & walls, total lack of any toiletries. Terrible night sleep as doors banging at 4am & people moving around. We had booked breakfast but after seeing the state of the place & speaking to the gentleman who appeared to be cooking it we decided to skip it & go elsewhere, he could certainly do with a lesson in customer care. It was probably a nice place 30 years ago. Don’t think we’ll be staying at a Marstons hotel again."
Skyline Duplex Penthouse - Llanelli ★★★
Sessile Oak, Llanelli by Marston's Inns ★★★
"Not really situated close by to anything to keep the kids entertained. When we booked in I had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids but they were adamant I was only booked for 2 adults so hadn't got kids beds ready so we had to wait for bed linen and do the kids beds ourselves once I had proven to them with my online booking through app that they were wrong. The room was small, bed linen had rips and holes in the duvet covers, double bed poorly made, curtain rail was broken so could have fallen off onto the children, there were dirty marks all over the walls and splash marks that looked like coffee or worse up the walls, which my partner has taken pics of. The plus in Bath was broken off the chain so couldn't get it out once used so couldn't use shower ect or change bath water, taps didn't work properly. Very noisy throughout night and could hear everyone walking past room at all hrs. They also had mice traps in all communal areas of the hotel in full view, not even tried to hide the fact they had mice in the place which wasn't very pleasing either. We also have evidence that behind mirrors in the room that there could possible be cameras or surveillance equipment of some kind which is not acceptable and is illegal!!! For the price of the room which was over £80 for the 1 night is totally unacceptable and we will not be staying here again at any point. We have photographs to prove all of this also which will be uplaoded"
Premier Inn Llanelli Central West ★★★
"We were travelling for a 50k Ultra Challenge so would only be sleeping at the hotel. we found the hotel to be wonderful, Helen gave is a very warm welcome and checked us in. The reception area was very clean and tidy with some beautiful local merchandise on offer aswell as tea and coffee. Our rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. Well stocked with tea and coffee. The bathroom especially the shower was amazing and very much appreicated after walking 50k in 25 degree heat in 12 hours. The Bed was very welcoming and was so comfy and smelled fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definatly be staying again in the future."
LLwyn Country House ★★★
"I had my baby shower here. Lovely venue. Please be aware that if you ask for tea and coffee to be added on then it’s extra cost. Unfortunately for me I didn’t know this until I paid when leaving. I also paid £3 for a small glass of 39p value line lemonade. Food was lovely but not worth £24 per person as people expressed to me they were still hungry when leaving and felt they could’ve eaten a lot more food. This was brought to me by people after the baby shower so I was unable to complain to the chef on the day as nobody wanted to moan on the day. A week later I’m now having the chef text me about another review someone has made which has made me very upset that he would question why someone has left a review on their experience."
