One word covered our wonderful evening; EPIC The food was simply first class, and very well priced; everyone of the staff were happy smiling and attentive, stunning views from the massive windows. Looking forward to our spa time there this morning.

Ive never written on here before, I felt I have to. We attended a wedding here recently, And what a beautiful, romantic house, from the moment you walk through the front door you feel the magic. The grounds are impeccable, the garden is manicured to the very finest detail, just amazing. The day seemed to flow seamlessly from the canapés to the welcome drinks, these happened during the arrival photos which was just on point. The Wedding Co ordination lady was very attentive always checking on everyone, staff knew exactly what to do and when to do it, the wedding breakfast was flawless the food was so delicious best roast potatoes I’ve ever eaten. The precision and flow of the day was perfect! Nothing was to much trouble, even at the end of the night the staff still gave 100%, The wedding co ordinator heard my friend mention she was endlessly thirsty all day and then out of nowhere came with a glass of water for her, it’s the little things that count and Peterstone definitely deliver. Thank you for a magical day and evening, we had an amazing time. The bride and groom looked fantastic and so relaxed. I was honoured to be a part of such a beautiful occasion. A wonderfully huge thank you to the Wedding co ordinator and staff, tip of the hat to you all. Di Iawn!

My partner surprised me to a half day spa day at Peterstone Court for my birthday. It included time in the spa, an hour massage and lunch. I started off in the spa. I had slippers, a robe and towel with my day and there is a room to change with lockers and showers. There was tea, coffee and herbal tea to help yourself to. I spent time in the jacuzzi, sauna and the relaxation room. For half a day, I think the size of the spa is no issues as there enough to fill your time. However, if you are there for longer, it could be better if there was more facilities to use. After time in the spa, I had my hour massage. I thought the massage was so lovely. It didn’t feel rushed at all and got the whole hours worth. It was really relaxing and being able to choose the oils used was a great touch. After the massage, I had some more time, so I headed back in to the spa before getting ready for lunch. On booking, my partner made them aware that I had coeliac disease. As we entered the restaurant, I didn’t have to tell them as they were already aware. My lunch was to be selected from a set menu which was 2 courses for £24 (included in the spa price). On my menu, I had it marked with was available for me to eat. The menu only had a few options, so I only had 1 option for each course to eat. However, my waitress said that if I didn’t like what was on the menu then the chef is able to make something different, which I thought was great. I did, however, pick from the menu as it sounded really lovely. I had the soup to start, with gluten free bread, and then the pork belly. I was really impressed with the lunch. I thought the food was fantastic and it made the half spa day even better value. Lunch on the website is labelled as a light lunch, so the lunch I got was much better than I was expecting. Overall, I had the best day and really enjoyed spending my birthday morning at Peterstone Court. I’d really recommend visiting their spa for a lovely treat and for, what I thought, was a great value for money half spa day.

Generally a super stay - stunning location. Staff were super friendly and we ate in the restaurant for one of the two nights which again was lovely. Sadly our room was not up to the standard we expected for the price. There was only a bath - by modern standards showers are expected and the room we had looked out over a roof and fire escape with quite a bit of noise from external extractor fans or air conditioning. So dissapointing to be in such a lovely area of the world and have no view at all - no warning on the site that you could end up with a room like that - we would have booked a different rooom or stayed elsewhere if we had known

We booked a half day spa experience including a 30 minute treatment each for myself and my daughter. On arrival we were taken down to the spa by the hotel receptionist who asked us to fill in the forms and said someone would be with us shortly. There were no staff available in the spa as they were giving treatments but we were not told if they would be 30 mins or 60 mins. After a half hour sitting on our own in reception waiting, we went back upstairs to see if there was any one who could help us. Again, the hotel receptionist came down to see what they could do. At this point we were told there were no gowns available so we could get changed and use the facilities but would have to walk around in our swimming costumes. When we said we felt this was not really OK, the receptionist said they could go and get some gowns from housekeeping. At this point we had missed 45 mins of our 3 hour slot and received 0 customer service from the spa staff who were still busy giving treatments. I cannot fault the hotel recepionist who tried to help but was limited in what they could do. I was surprised that there was not sufficient staff to ensure customers are welcomed on arrival, surely customers can't be expected to potentially wait an hour if staff are all giving treatments? I'm afraid to say the excitement we had on arrival had dwindled to the point we felt unexpected, unwelcomed and unimpressed. We decided to leave and save our money as we had little faith in what the next 2 hours would bring. Very disappointed.

I booked a half spa day and a 30 minute treatment for both my mum and me, arriving up to the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist staff who were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately once in the spa we had to wait up to 45mins because the spa staff were in treatments that could take up to 30-60mins. At this point we decided to go up again to notify the reception staff. We felt uncomfortable as we were sitting there alone without, any customers service or acknowledgment. Extremely poor customer service and will not be returning!
