Hotel Can Moragues ★★★★
"A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful historic town. A major booking site rates it as #2 although on the day it scored higher than the one in top spot. The roads are narrow so if you come by car, park in the nearby free carpark and obtain the key code in advance. I recommend contacting the hotel direct to ensure the the best room for your needs. We had one of the suites (room 1) with a patio in the peaceful garden. There is another suite on the first floor with a large private balcony. Do your research because some of the rooms in all of the hotels will experience a little road noise. Our room was incredibly spacious and very peaceful. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. The twin beds are very comfortable and when placed together form a super, super king! This is a hands off hotel but someone is always available by phone. If you are high maintenance, it may not be for you. There is an honour bar and large fridge (very reasonable prices) plus tea and coffee machine. I found this better than a fridge in the room because they can be noisy. The staff are so caring and helpful. The continental breakfast is very extensive plus you only have to ask for a cooked breakfast if required. We've had the most enjoyable stay. Thank you."
Son Penya Adults Only Petit Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"This is a very well positioned rural hotel, with beautiful large rooms, which are modern (but in-keeping) and well looked after. The rooms and location are without doubt a key highlight. Staff are friendly. The hotel falls short in a couple of areas … the pace of service is very slow at breakfast, with long waits for dishes ordered from the menu, which invariably turned up cool / not very fresh. Lunchtime service was particularly bad - over an hour to wait for food. The kitchen appears under significant pressure and it got annoying by the end of the stay. That said, the dinner service was worlds apart - much slicker. In the hotels defence, they took the restaurant feedback seriously at the time and were clearly uncomfortable at the service being by offered. While small, a couple of things which were just a little bit annoying and took away from what could be great: 1. No fresh towels by the pool - expected to use room terrace towels 2. Air conditioning broken in the gym, plus this space was really tired - signs of water damage from the pool “above” and the equipment pretty old and knackered 3. No body wash / shampoo for the bath (provided options are “locked” in the shower) 4. There’s no nice bar area for drinks, and the area they do have just has no atmosphere - just a random collection of tables. With a focus on the restaurant service and a few other bits this place could easily be 5/5."
Hotel Gami Adults Only ★★★
"What can I say about Hostal Gami !! It´s Perfect. As an entertainer in Cala Ratjada I had the pleasure of staying here on numerous times in Spring & Summer 2025 and It was Perfect for me. Not only the Price to help me get a nice sleep after a late gig to avoid a long drive home but I had Fun with my Family staying too and the breakfast was also Spot on. The Reception Guy was so friendly and always made me feel welcome as did any staff we met. A Great place. Feel Like I should keep it quiet as I might not get a room next year but credit where Credit is due !! Spot On !!!"
Hotel Ankaa - Adults Only ★★★★
"Very good stay and everything very clean, there was a problem with the electricity but it was solved"
Can Simoneta - Adults Only ★★★★★
"Can Simoneta is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. As an avid traveler I have stayed all kinds of hotels, but I have never experienced such a gorgeously maintained, peaceful, relaxing and simply elegant property. The views are astounding, the staff is wonderful, and the food is top notch (plus the breakfast is insane). I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I only hope I get to return in the future."
THB Felip - Adults Only ★★★★
"Very good breakfast and service."

Hostal Port Corona
"For me, there's no better place to unwind. The location is fantastic, the food is absolutely top-notch, and all the staff—the entire team—are warm, attentive, and friendly. Every dish that comes out of the kitchen is simply wow. This is where the people of Cala Ratjada meet to eat. An absolute must-visit in Cala Ratjada."
Welikehotel Triton Beach
"Lots of minor defects that really need to be fixed. Not really for couples and families. OK for a party holiday or just having a roof over your head..."
Ibersol Siurell
"Very large room with a separate lounge area with TV and couch. Room and bed could have been cleaned a bit better so need to dock it a few points given it’s a 4 star hotel. Large and spacious bathroom. Breakfast very good with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, veggies, yogurts. Two outdoor pools and one for kids. No parking, only available on the street which is usually packed."
Bell Port Hotel
"The hotel room looked nothing like the advertised photos. Hotel is old, and in need of some serious renovations. The room was dark, dingy and dirty. Hotel staff, including the manager, are unhelpful. Location is loud and parking is difficult. We paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1 despite losing the entire amount. Spend your money elsewhere."
Es Raco d'Arta, Mallorca, a Member of Design Hotels
"The hotel's ambiance is elegant and unique, perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent, and the room facilities were very comprehensive. The breakfast selection was also incredibly rich. Overall, a fantastic experience, but the location is a bit out of the way."
Hipotels Hipocampo Palace & Spa
"This review is based on two premises: vs price paid for the service and vs similar package in 5 star hotel in Croatia. Also to note we have booked serenity suite service half board. Location: the hotel is on the second row from the sea, meaning it is not at the beach directly. 5 min to the beach, no problem if you don't carry a lot of items for the family. Staff excetionally friendly, chief of the reception offered us breakfast at our early arrival which was a very friendy gesture (we got up at 3 in the morning and arrived at 9 to the hotel). However some of the staff at the breakfast and dinner very young and not trained to the level expected at 5 star hotel (e.g. very poor english, also communication under expectation). Suite was clean and cleaned 2 X per day. Serenity service comes with fully stocked fridge, free of charge. Atmosphere ok, serenity service gives you access to the Serenity lounge which is really quiet and stocked with coffee, non-alcholic beverages snacks, fruits... really nice touch. Part of the package was also dedicated pool area with reserved sun umbrella and sun loungers. No need to wake up early and reserve ... :) We were also able to reserve our table for breakfast and dinner so no worry there. All this comes with a hefty price so regardless I would expect that for the evening shows we would also be able to reserve a table. Food choices were ok (here is where I compare with the similar packages) but the quality of the food was not a 5 star level. It can't really compare with the food in Croatia where it was a Michelin star level meals with the similar price for the package. Beach bar food was excellent but that was at additional cost (which means they know how to prepare the food if they want to). There are chickens in the beach bar which feel at home. Not sure if they belong there... :) We didn't mind as we love animals. Overall, we had a relaxing vacation. If they improve on some of the points it could trully stand out as a place to return to."
Cap Vermell Grand Hotel
"Complete facilities and good restaurant"
Lago Garden Hotel & Spa
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the service is very attentive."
Hotel Creu de Tau Art&Spa-Adults Only
"I can’t praise this hotel highly enough. The building is stunning. It’s a converted convent school with thick walls and fabulous ceilings. The staff are lovely - friendly without being obtrusive and always greeting you with a smile. The two pools (outdoor and indoor) are great, and I had one of the best massages of my life here (and I’m a massage junkie). We didn’t eat dinner here in our 6 nights but had breakfast each day which was fantastic. There are a number of good local restaurants to walk to about 100m away, and it’s only 30 mins along a safe road to walk into the seaside town with loads of great restaurants. The bed was huge and very comfortable - we slept very well. Quite a few mosquitoes still in October though so bring repellent…."
Canyamel Park Hotel & Spa - - Adults Only (+16)
"One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Beautiful location, 1 minute walk from the beach. All amenities you need in the rooms. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day and fresh beach towels provided on request. Lovely selection of food at breakfast each day ... the pancakes made on request were great!! All staff we came across were very helpful and friendly. Pool and bar area were lovely. Would love to come back to this hotel. Cannot recommend enough."
Universal Hotel Perla
"near bus station and beach"
Hotel Na Taconera
"This place was really good, however ideally better if you have a car to go there. I loved their breakfast: a lot of selection and everything was delicious. They also offered us two complimentary drinks which were very appreciated. If we had more time we would've taken more advance of all the amenities there, however we only stayed there for a brief time. They have beaches really close by as well!!"
Hotel Na Forana
"Fantastisch Cool situation and good Services and Food. Clean and kindly. Recommend. With a new Beach club and a new menu with josper meals. Every Night you can find different tematic food. Me and my Girlfriend come back again the next year i love it."
Prinsotel la Pineda
"Good location and nice people . Great animation team. Thanks agostino"
Cala Millor Garden Hotel - Adults Only
"First impressions of the hotel was how fresh and clean it looked, this turned out to be the case throughout the whole hotel and outside areas. However our first impression was quickly shattered when we spent about 45 mins checking in despite having completed all our details online beforehand. There were 5 of us staying, each in a seperate room, I had completed passport info for each person as I wanted the arrival process to be as quick as possible due to later arrival. The guy we dealt with insisted that none of the information I had submitted had been saved and we'd have to do it all again. He did somehow, have 1 of the parties names and mine as lead booker. After a long day, this was not what we needed. Once this was completed we checked out our rooms and somehow, as if by magic, each room had a welcome card in it with each of our names in the correct rooms. So they clearly had all of our names, in which case they should have had all of our passport details. This was a 4 night stay, with 3 full days at the hotel booked as half board but upgraded on arrival to all inclusive, which turned out to be worth it for the drinks alone as the AI drinks are fairly good. Food - for me personally this was limited in choice as I don't eat fish, veal or pork. The one day they cooked turkey on the grill, I gave up waiting for the chef as he dissapeared for ages. On this same day, there was an empty tray of lasagne, waited for this to be replaced, it never was. This was at 7.45pm, the restaurant is open 6.30pm to 9pm. On the oriental night, apart from the obvious lettuce, tomato, cucumber offerings, all the cold salad items were sushi. The hot dishes consisted of seafood, veal, pork - I don't think I ever saw a chicken dish apart from some egg fried rice that had pieces of chicken. That night I ate the dry egg fried rice, tried the pasta which was cold and filled up on bread & cheese. In general, the food was not replenished quick enough, it was left to go cold (pasta in particular), and they seemed to just generally start tidying up from about 8pm. Drinks - if you are AI (which I think is the only option for booking this year, although we booked HB last year), you get your own drinks in the restaurant - white, rose, red wine on tap, beer on tap, water & soft drinks on tap. At the pool bar and in the outdoor seating area, there are machines for all of these, but they weren't all working, water always available and soft drinks most of the time. However a fully stocked bar by the pool where you'd get the cocktails (pre mixed from a machine so not particularly strong, but perfectly tasty) and any of the other drinks on the menu served by 1 bar man (so often a queue, especially at lunch time, end of day). Little tip if you like a malibu cocktail - ask for the San Francisco (which is alcohol free) with malibu, very nice. Pool area - very nice, very spacious. Lifeguards were very friendly and interacting which is something i've never really se"
Hotel Capricho
"I rarely write negative reviews and am usually quite forgiving. 1. The breakfast trap: The hotel advertises breakfast until 10:30 a.m. However, anyone arriving at 10:15 a.m. is treated like an intruder. An employee named Pep put us under immense pressure and actually ordered us to leave the dining room at precisely 10:30 a.m. This is pure deception. If management wants guests to leave by 10:30 a.m., they should close the buffet at 10:00 a.m. This is simply outrageous and unacceptable for a 4/5-star hotel anywhere in Mallorca. 2. Aggressive "service": The same employee (Pep) also showed us in the evening what he thinks of guests: When I was standing at the orange juice press, he demonstratively switched it off right in front of me. When I pointed this out, I was simply snapped at and told that the machine was "only for mornings." 3. When I wanted to speak to the manager to clarify the situation, I was simply refused the opportunity to speak with him. No apology, no interest in my criticism. 4. Dangerous for babies: This house is a bad choice for families. The single beds are simply pushed together. If you have a small child with you, this is a real danger, as the baby can slip into the gap. Absolutely irresponsible. Conclusion: Never again."
