The coffee maker was broken I asked not to clean my room but they came into my room Every request I made they said they didn't have it (like toothpaste or disposable slippers) They didn't charge the water They were doing very loud repairs from 9am (like a drill and the like)

First of all, the location wasn't too bad because it was close to the beach, but parking was terrible. You had to park too far away, and there were very few spots, if any. It was all private parking and blue and green lines. Regarding cleanliness, we found hair on the pillows and sheets. I expected the room to be a little larger.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! ONLY BOOK IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED! Checked in and shower was leaking, not functional at all! Not a soul in the building that works for the hotel , everything is on whatsapp! Cleanliness was terrible with skid marks in the toilet! Did let them know and they refused to do anything about it! They are advertising something else and when you arrive its totally different! The person answering whatsapp is rude and negative! not in a safe area! Room door have code locks which can be accessed by anyone! So your belongings arent save at all! Save yourself the headache! And book somewhere else !

Came here for a last minute holiday and booked once I arrived in Lloret, Hotel is basic, clean, budget friendly. Sadly there was no hot water when I was here but I was compensated. Walls are thin so you can hear other rooms but for the price I paid, it was good. Shower pressure was good, sheets clean, good sized balcony, provided towels. Perfect for a pitstop in Lloret.

Nice room, comfy bed and nice bathroom, but super noisy throughout the entire night,walls are thin and can hear conversation throughout the night. Shouting and laughing in the corridors all night, so little sleep

Room was a lot smaller than depicted on website. Door didn’t open all the way due to bedside table. No hairdryer or sanitary kit provided. Basic hotel things were not provided like pen and paper. Storage is limited.
