Hotel Maria del Mar

I stayed in this hotel because of a school trip to Barcelona and almost all of us got food poisoning (there were about thirty of us). We're sure it was the hotel food because we all felt sick that evening, some from before, but in general we complained about the food from the first day. Two people ended up in the hospital, including one who was admitted, and it was confirmed that it was food poisoning due to expired food. Furthermore, on the same days, a school from Naples was sick and 10 of them went to the emergency doctor. Polish and French students also felt unwell. Furthermore, the TV doesn't work, the Wi-Fi is poor, the air conditioning didn't work (they came to (not) fix it at midnight), and one of my classmates got locked in the bathroom (she hadn't locked herself in) and had to wait a long time because at first the reception wouldn't listen to my classmates who asked for someone to open the door.

It smells like poop in the rooms. The smell is terrible I'm just dying over here. Its super noisy I can hear everything from my neighbors. The breakfast is not that tasty and not a lot of options. The pool is nice. Location is nice. But I will NEVERRRRRR come back here. The airco is in the inside dirty. Under the bed is dirty. Everything is just dirty and it smells. I have trauma

Cozy place, small but nice rooms, but the walls are too thin, you can hear everything about the other rooms, buffet quite good and cozy and kind service. Some rooms were slightly ruined. Very nice disco, fun Our experience was quite good, there are only a few things to change, that's why I put three stars

Such a nice place to stay. I enjoyed all the breakfast included. So nice with variety of options to choose from. Thanks for having me there

Amazing! Clean spotless and welcoming

Very nice Hotel. The staff are very helpful. Excellent location where everything is accessible by foot.
