My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights with Jet2 and we had a wonderful time. We were on the fourth floor and had a view of the beach and sea, it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was nice and quiet and the drinks were cheap and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we slept quite well. My only complaint would be the aircon wouldn’t go underneath about 21 degrees and as a Scottish and Irish couple who overheat quite easily, sometimes the room was pretty stuffy. We had plenty of pillows and reception was 24 hours for amenities such as hand soap, toilet roll & even ice for me when I got heat stroke. We were right beside the pharmacy and a small convenience store. I rented a wheelchair to prevent my custom wheelchair at home getting damaged and the hotel took my rental chair for me last night to be picked up at some point this morning, the hotel was pretty accessible, my only other complaint which would be more the areas councils fault was there wasn’t a drop curb to get down beside the hotel so you had to bang down a pretty large curb with the rental powerchair, which was a bit inconvenient but we made it work. Our room wasn’t an accessible room, but the rooms are definitely big enough for a wheelchair to move around in. The staff spoke English and were friendly and kind, they helped us at all hours when needed and made the stay much more pleasant. We had breakfast and the buffet was lovely with plenty of choice. We had dinner one night at the hotel too and it was very nice. Honestly I’d recommend this hotel for any couple looking for a quiet stay, there was music downstairs until about midnight and people were dancing which was very cute tbh. But we definitely couldn’t hear it from the fourth floor. The rooms themselves were very good quality and clean, the shower was lovely and had great water pressure.

Excellent stay, lovely hotel. we was given a lovely sea view room and a bottle of bubbly because it was our wedding anniversary! Very clean hotel and the breakfast was lovely and everything was presented very nice. Drink from the bar was a good price too.

Just returned from a 5 night stay Such a nice hotel. As a solo traveler its important to be safe and have things to do. Such a lovely check in by Yaiza so friendly and felt very welcome a lovely lady. The room was basic but had everything you needed very clean and comfy bed, nice bath room with a hairdryer (no kettle) always bring my own so all good. 2 pools the one at the back has4 beach beds on the upper level which are so nice it was like heaven you just have to get one really relaxed vibe round the pool and has a pool bar which is good price. I went half board and the food was great so much selection at times it can get quite busy depending what time you eat but I really enjoyed the selection. Beach was amazing a 5 mins walk lots of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops around. Lloret town is a 15 mins walk but was very busy much nicer here with enough to do. I booked a day trip to Barcelona 1 hour away which was fantastic well worth going. All in all I had a fantastic holiday and a great stay here all the staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome very safe for a solo traveler Thankyou so much for a great stay.

Where to start. I stayed in room 210 The air-con is stupid cant have it on when door is open. Even when it is on u cant feel anything because its that weak and facing a wall so it blows into that. So it was super horrible to try sleep at night The fridge didnt keep anything cold and was told it was a new fridge but the dial in the fridge was took out so u couldnt make it colder. The bed was hard and matteress kept moving off the bed. The sheet was rough and didnt keep you cool. Also there young lady on reception spoke to us really nastly because we complained about the issues. We asked for a different room and was refused, we even asked are Jet2 rep came and spoke to them and asked them to move and they said no.

Really wanted to come on here and be able to write a glowing review but unfortunately I can’t. The main issue, and perhaps not something the hotel can help, is that during the stay, was that there were several groups of young school boys on a school trip, who were running riot throughout the hotel. The lobby, the restaurant, the pool; it was just chaos and made the hotel feel like a hostel. It really made the whole experience at the hotel feel quite uncomfortable as you were having to try and guess what time they would be in the restaurant to avoid the carnage. Whilst they were in the pool, no other guests were able to get in as they were throwing balls from one end to another, screaming and shouting. This was supposed to be a trip to switch off, which unfortunately did not come to fruition. Again, whilst not a staff issue, it would have been nice if they had a word with the teachers in charge to ask the children to be slightly more respectful of other guests. No need for an alarm clock in this place, the sound of your neighbours having a shower, flushing the loo or drawing the curtains is enough as the walls are so thin. Not only does the air conditioning take a while to take effect, the coolest it will get the room is 21 degrees, which is a country that reaches into the 30s, isn’t much use. It also doesn’t work when the balcony door is open (for fresh air) so you have to decide between being stuck in a stuffy room with somewhat cool air OR have the door open for a fresh air but be absolutely sweltering. The hotel is definitely more of a base than somewhere you can stay for the whole trip. Nothing really happens at the hotel- no entertainment, no shop, nothing. The main town centre is a 20 minute walk, slightly uphill, which to be doing everyday, just for something to do, isn’t ideal. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again, or be recommending the hotel to anyone, just because I don’t believe it is worth the money I paid.

This was booked via "last minute dot com", hotel was advertised as 4 stars (it wasn't). Lots of the standard amenities on the last minute website were not apparent (e.g. Iron and Ironing board in every room), but also everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel were "additional extras" such as parking (16 euros per day), safe access (5 euros per day). That said the staff were awesome and friendly and lovely to my son, so I forgive them a lot of problems. However the biggest problem was they accept block bookings from large parties, which ruined the last two days of our vacation. If you are young and get a cheap deal go for it, if you are a miserable old git like me with kids - avoid... A big call out to Ibrahim who was my favorite person on the staff...
