We deeply regret that you experienced delays in service during breakfast and in the evenings, as well as issues with table cleanliness and attentiveness. We fully understand how important it is for the service to match the quality of the facilities, and we sincerely apologize for falling short in this area. Please rest assured that we are actively addressing these concerns and will be taking steps to ensure that we have the necessary staff in place to deliver a more seamless and attentive service to all of our guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the all-inclusive system. We understand that the process of ordering, especially with the need to print receipts and provide signatures, can be time-consuming, and we are currently exploring ways to make this more efficient and convenient for our guests. We value your input and will work towards improving this experience. In terms of the activity classes, we are sorry to hear that the booking system felt restrictive.
